Well stocked kitchen. Nice living room and bedrooms. Beautiful views.enjoyed having beach chairs included. Bathrooms need an overhaul. Old showers and toilets. Shower rod fell down on my head when getting in shower. Called for someone to come and fix it. Nobody showed up for the entire week of our stay.

The condo itself was great. It had everything we needed. The outside and the foundation you can tell definitely needs updates. They’ve done everything they could to make this condo cute and homey. It was very crowded. It was hard to have your own beach, or pool space. Accommodations were great though. Great kiddy pool for my younger son to be safe in. Did activities for families some nights.

We did have a problem with one of the patio chairs. My niece sat on the chair and the bottom collapsed! I’m glad she was not hurt!!

Great location, easy check in, great access to the beach, pool area amazing. The unit could have been cleaner especially in the bathroomsTwo times we were texted to be let know people were coming into the unit. The second time they came the fridge was replaced. Our drinks were dropped and busted, and the old fridge was left in the living area to take up space the rest of our stay. Never got taken out.

Beautiful views, easy beach access and loved rhe beach chairs included. Well equipped kitchen and lots of linens. Excellent air conditioning and washer/ dryer.Bathrooms could use some updating, and it could have been a little cleaner.

Great place to stay

Location was was easy to get to. Room was nice & clean. Two big pools-one was heated, one was not. The pool bar had great food and drinks.

Awesome property!!!

This condo was one of my absolute favorites and I have stayed in multiple different condo’s at the Regency Resort, the beds were comfortable, the condo was clean and had everything you could need, loved this place and would definitely rent from this host in the future!!!

Cozy beach front

We’ve stayed at Regency Towers for almost 20 years and this condo has been our favorite yet! Ocean view, clean, comfortable beds and couch and rental included beach chairs which is a huge plus!

Great place

This place is great! It is in a perfect location, oceanfront and the pools with the food place in the middle is fantastic. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

Yearly Trip

My group of friends take this trip to PCB every year. This has been one of my favorite stays so far. It is a little bit towards the end of town so a lot less traffic but still close enough to be in reach. Also the dollar store across the road helped so much with last minute essentials!

4th floor and great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time we have rented this 4th floor condo and it’s the perfect location! When the elevators are full it’s not too far to walk the stairs. It’s clean and quiet and with a perfect view.

The only issue that we had was that the sliding door in the living room was hard to open. Everything else was perfect.

Very clean with perfect view

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Regency Towers and it’s the perfect location. Great view from 4th floor. Fireworks were amazing from the balcony! Condo was very clean with all the amenities. 4th floor was perfect as we used the stairs alot since there are a limited number of elevators. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location. Love the two pool options including one heated plus the hot tub. Easy beach access with chairs and an umbrella set up and ready for us daily. Best stocked kitchen of any VRBO we have stayed at. No problems encountered during our stay. We will use them again!
