Spectacular home with stunning ocean view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience at Grayton Dream. A few maintenance issues were handled promptly except the first floor A/C which was not working properly during our stay. They did notify of of this issue upon check-in and apologized.

Another Grayt Stay!

The proximity to the beach and other Grayton attractions, the beauty....everything was wonderful. Our team felt blessed, loved, and very relaxed. Even a few days of rainy weather couldn't negatively impact our stay here. The communication by Royal Destinations, and planning, was perfect.

Our Dreams Became Reality at Grayton Dream

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to spend our family vacation in Grayton Beach. The Grayton Dream house was perfect for the entire family and our grandchildren. The location was excellent with stunning views of the beach and gulf from the 3rd and 4th floor balconies. The house was immaculate and had every single amenity we could ask for and space for everyone.The management company was excellent to work with and very responsive to our questions. We will definitely use Royal Destinations again and hope we can stay in the Grayton Dream again in the future. It was definitely one of our best experiences in our nearly 20 year history with trips to 30A. Our family cherishes these memories and this house made them that more special!

Incredible view location great for restaurants with no driving

Very good property management and responsiveness when needed. Some water damage on floor on main floor by back door but minimal repair needed.

The house itself is beautifully decorated with extra comfy seating in a variety of spaces. The expansive view wowed all ages. Excellent House and location!

Two different bunk-rooms with their own baths, 4 sets of washer and dryers, and all upgraded appliances. The views and location were perfect! We absolutely recommend this house!

Would stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and wonderful views. I would definitely stay again if the price was still good. Some locals and visitors will try and use the parking and are not scared of the towing signs. Luckily we didn't have 6 cars there all the time and could work around it.

We surprised our team with this beautiful home overlooking Grayton Beach. It was perfect! Customers service and communication was top tier. The home was perfectly described and everything we expected. The proximity to shops, restaurants like The Red Bar and Chiringo made it even more perfect! *Cant help but recommend some throw blankets!

Grayton Dream - Wonderful Week

Royal Destinations was very responsive and helpful when we needed them. The location is so convenient. The only small negative would be that it is right next to where the vehicles drive onto the beach but that really wasn't a problem. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

Hawks nest on the beach is perfect location in Grayton.
