Aggiornato bagni al piano di sopra 2018. L'aspetto fresco con nuovi arredi in tutto ti inviterà a tornare per gli anni a venire. La camera e la stanza del lago in Florida si aprono sui ponti offrendo una vista spettacolare sul lago e sul golfo. L'aggiunta di una piscina privata (19'x32 ') più una piscina per bambini (8'x8') aggiungerà divertimento alla vostra vacanza in paradiso. Riscaldata fuori stagione ad un costo aggiuntivo (informarsi sul costo attuale). Include una sala giochi con tavolo da ping-pong, calcio balilla e centro di intrattenimento, darsena privata (portare la canna da pesca) e separati al piano di sotto, stufa a gas per il fornello a gas! Beautiful views and amenities but roaches spoil!

Our whole family agrees that this location with the proximity to gulf AND lake is ideal. It's encouraging to see the improvements that have been made to this beach house over the past few years, too. All of that kind of pales though when you start seeing roaches. There were enough sightings downstairs to make our grandchildren want to sleep upstairs with us. Luckily we had a spare room for them. The ones in the kitchen and family area were too much, though! We sent an email at midnight on Saturday after we arrived, and the rental company was very responsive, having someone there the next morning (Sunday) to address the immediate problem areas and the exterminator there on Monday. We continued to see live and dead ones throughout the week though, so it put a damper on our trip. Not sure if it's a problem for this house or the area but we have not had this problem in any of the other places we have rented up and down 30A over the past 13 years.

Thank you for your review of this great property that has been a family favorite for years. Yes management was out early the next morning to address your issue and then the professionals were out the following day. I will add I personally went to spray the house and did not see a roach or palmetto bug anywhere upstairs or down. The follow up with the pest control company said the exact same thing. I personally followed up with the guest 2 days later, the guest stated there were no further issues. It is quite frustrating to see this review when guest stated there were not further issues. Just note the numerous 5 star reviews on this property and if you look back not one bug complaint. It is Florida and you will occasionally see a palmetto bug in our area. This guest also left the back sliding doors open a-lot which is when a bug can get in. This home is in a great location in Grayton Beaches SE corner on the lake with fabulous views of the lake and Gulf. Beach access directly across the street and a dock on the lake. This home has largest private pool in Grayton Beach too. A family favorite for years as we can tell from so many repeat guest we get in this home every year.

For a big group, it's perfect, especially with so many bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms (and the downstairs for kids). The kitchen and living areas are ideal for gathering, and the pool is the perfect place to spend an afternoon when you grow tired of the beach. Some areas of the house are "well-loved" but overall, it's a great setup. The ice maker was a bonus.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great rental experience with Grayton Coast Rentals. We have used them for 20+ years, and always pretty much know what to expect. When the house we had rented for years was taken out of the rental options, they found us another house and we like it even better. Nothing fancy to look at, and definitely a beach house, but perfect for our large crowd. The location is perfect for the beach, the lake and it has a great pool. Have reserved it for next year already! The rental company is very responsive to any issues.
