The place was just right for us, lots of room, great amenities and a private pool. Very comfortable and the hosts were very helpful and responsive, arranging taxis and spa visits, helping when the group split up and we didn't hang keys to get in - everything was amazing! It is a little bit far from the main town center to walk in the heat (at least for us) but there are lovely local restaurants, shops etc very close and the taxis are super reasonable. Highly recommend for families or anyone wanting a bit more space and home-like feel.

The house was well laid out. The pool refreshing. The kitchen was spacious and well supplied. The only issue was low water pressure in upstairs bathrooms. There were only two of us so we showered downstairs. Location was perfect for us. There was a very good small restaurant around the corner and lots of restaurants another 10 min walk. A very enjoyable week!

The house was well furnished, and we appreciated the well equipped kitchen, as we prepared all our own meals during the trip.AC worked wonderfully in the rooms and the beds were comfortable. We slept great.The communication with the manager was great, and we appreciated the water delivery service. Any small repairs were inspected and addressed proactively. A fantastic stay.

Relaxing

Property is just as described. We needed some rest and relaxation and thus place was perfect!!! Within walking distance restaurants, pastry shops, groceries and alcohol.

Great Place for Family

We had an excellent 6 week stay! Walking distance to many great restaurants, downtown and the ferry/waterfront. Cab rides home very reasonable. The property management and staff very pleasant and helpful. This place is very comfortable for 6 people and has a nice Spanish feel to it! We would definitely stay again! Thanks for having us!

Great stay

Communication with Amber, Rodrigo & Enrique was really easy. We took advantage of their shopping service & car rental. It allowed us to start our vacation as soon as we got there. House was clean, pool was well kept and kitchen very functional.

Family trip.

The accommodations Were nice and clean. There are tiles missing in the pool so a couple people got their feet cut open quite badly. Our caretaker was great.

Many upgrades . All bedrooms now have king sized beds. New palapa on the roof top. All living room and dining room furniture reupholster. The lower bathroom totally remodeled. New blinds and curtains . The whole exterior of the house repainted . The pool all new tile ordered and due in any day . The pool should have all new tile installed by November 15 2022 . Plus new refrigerator ..

Nice house close to town.

The House was as listed. Enough room for 8 to 10 even though it was just 3 of us. Check in and out was simple and easy. Didn’t have any problems and would rent again next time we go.

I am glad you liked the house . It has enough room for 7 . We are currently upgrading the living room furniture. We also are in the process of putting king size beds in the other two bedrooms. Currently the master bedroom has a king . The other two bedrooms will also have king size beds very soon .

Enjoyable Stay

This property is exactly as it’s described. Photos are accurate. Private pool and patio area are clean. Well secured property. The interior is beautiful and spacious. Beds are very comfortable. Location is within walking distance to groceries and some dining places. We would definitely come back

Would stay again

Checkin was super easy & The property management team was super responsive with questions or requests.The house was super clean. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a king size bed, which were very comfortable! Although the door to the bedroom off the kitchen doesn’t close because the bedframe is in the way. We pushed it closer to the far wall so that we could shut the door. The Maple House is close by and the blue door restaurant, Albaricoque, right around the corner is a must! Ordering a taxi was easy via FB Messenger. Loved having her own private pool and space!!

Everything about this place was exceptional. The house was in great shape, and the care team was readily available through WhatsApp for whatever we needed (which wasn't much, but they came through for whatever). The pool was small, but enough for unwinding after a day at the beach. The house and the team that run it, especially Enrique, the concierge and main contact point, helped make our trip pretty stress free and enjoyable. The only issue we did encounter was a minor failure in one of the bathrooms on our last night, but even that was handled quickly and with no stress. Our toddler twins felt right at home from the beginning, calling it our "Cozumel House". If we ever get back to Cozumel, this place we will definitely try to get back to our Cozumel House.

Great house

The house was beautiful. Well appointed. Only thing I would add is more comfortable outdoor furniture by the pool. There were plastic chairs and two lounge chairs that were on the ground. Pool water was surprisingly cool. Though there was shampoo in the showers there was no soap for the shower. The biggest negative were the 5 dogs directly across the street. The first night we were there they were barking most of the night. After that first night we think they might have realized there was company and brought them in overnight…just be advised. It was neat living with the locals. A 15 minute walk to shopping. Chicken Asado shops available on Coldwell. Taxis readily available, if not passing by then walk to Coldwell. The concierge service was nice if you want to opt for services they offer. We enjoyed the private chef and massages.

Lisa We plan to upgrade the pool furniture. We have did many upgrades . The palapa to the roof top, new pool tile , all rooms now have king size beds . I am very glad you liked your stay . The dogs we can not help . There are people all over the island with dogs . So other rentals have this issue , nothing we can do about that ., I hope you return again and we have upgraded the pool furniture for your next stay …

This is a great location and a really nice house!

We loved our 6 days in Cozumel at this house. Excellent breakfast 2 houses down on the corner. Easy to walk to lots of places, 7 min cab to waterfront where the cruise ships and ferry to Playa are. Enrique was there for us at 9 am, or 9pm, or any other time we asked him anything and he always came through. We loved our stay and hope to come back soon!! When we do, we will stay here again!

Photos accurately represented property

The house was well kept with lots of attractive Mayan artifacts on the walls. Everything was functional and comfortable. While there is a washing machine, we sorely missed having a dryer so we had a nearby laundry do our wash. One complaint is that the management was unclear regarding the frequency of house cleaning. Information differed depending on who was providing it.

A great place to stay. As advertised.

We spent Christmas in Cozumel and chose this as our base station while spending our days adventuring! The place was secure and had all the comforts of home.
