Great place!

We enjoyed our stay, easy access to the house, everything was clean, sheets and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils and spices!

Excellent Getaway

The cabin is nearly nestled in the pines and offered a great central location for Bellingham and Mt. Baker. We had an excellent stay.

My two daughters and I wanted a home base for our day hikes, woodsy but also conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants. This property was perfect for us! Clean, neat, all the necessary amenities. Super comfortable living area and bedrooms, full kitchen, washer/dryer and a lovely deck overlooking the trees. Quiet neighborhood. Wonderful experience for us made even better by having a welcoming cabin to come home to.

The perfect place for a long weekend getaway! I visited with my three teenagers and it was the perfect launching point for exploring Bellingham. Great communication, clear instructions, and the home was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking and the hammock got a lot of use in our down time, as did the huge board game collection. If my oldest decides to attend WWU in the future, I will definitely be staying again!

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was spotless, well-equipped, and much better than expected. It’s in a quiet, relaxing setting, perfectly located near hiking trails and the lake Whatcom. Liz is a fantastic host, great communications and provided clear, helpful instructions. A experience all around—highly recommended!

Cozy Stay

We had a great two night stay. The home was exactly as described and easy to access. My children enjoyed exploring the trees outside. The rooms were clean and cozy and we enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. The views of trees out of the windows is fantastic. It had everything we needed.

Fantastic! The kitchen has everything to cook/bake for a group. The location is convenient and quiet. The lay out works well for a group with a mix of night owls and early birds. There are a lot of stairs in the home but they were easily navigated by the elder in our group. The nearby nature trails were a peaceful treat!

The house was great. One negative was that the sheets on one bed were damp when we went to bed and the towels were damp so we had to dry them prior to use.

Lovely Cabin

This was such a lovely home to stay in during our trip to Bellingham. Even though the home is on a residential street, it feels very private because of all of the surrounding trees. It's about a 20 minute drive to the center of Bellingham, so close enough that you can spend time in town every day, if you want, but also a peaceful place to get away from it all when you want. The driveway is a bit daunting, but you can avoid it completely by parking on the street & using the stairs. There was a storm & power outage while we were there, which resulted in the darkest, quietest, most peaceful night of sleep we've had in a long time. Definitely recommend!

Great Stay in the Treehouse

We were in the area for a golf tournament our granddaughter was playing in. The house is very comfortable and well fitted out. The kitchen worked great and the living room was a great place to hang out. We appreciated the lack of TV and media in the main living area, which contributed to the feell of getting away from it all!
