Un soggiorno spazioso e unico su 5 splendidi acri in città

Questo grande appartamento è al piano inferiore della casa principale. È completamente separato con un proprio ingresso e un cursore che si apre sul patio. Siamo felici di condividere l'accesso al resto della nostra splendida proprietà. È un ottimo posto per rilassarsi e divertirsi con molte aree disponibili per giochi da giardino o per passare del tempo accanto a un fuoco.

Il noleggio è stato magnificamente ristrutturato e molto spazioso ma accogliente. Entrambe le camere hanno letti queen size, oltre a una terza zona notte con un divano IKEA che si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale. L'angolo cottura / zona giorno a pianta aperta è ideale per famiglie e piccoli gruppi. L'angolo cottura non include una gamma / forno, ma abbiamo incluso elettrodomestici per rendere più semplice la cottura di pasti semplici. Questi includono un bruciatore a induzione, un forno / torrefazione a convezione da banco, una piastra, una pentola, un forno a microonde e un piccolo tostapane. La cucina comprende un lavandino completo, un frigorifero di dimensioni appartamento e un sacco di spazio sul bancone. Inoltre c'è l'accesso alla griglia. Forniamo con orgoglio caffè tostato localmente e tè miscelati localmente.

Loni e io abitiamo al piano superiore della casa e abbiamo i nostri ingressi e il ponte superiore. Il più delle volte saremo disponibili per aiuto, domande o anche una chat. Comprendiamo se ti piace la tua privacy e faremo del nostro meglio per rispettarlo, ma se desideri scegliere un cervello locale, siamo sempre felici di condividere una bevanda insieme.

Il nostro quartiere è situato convenientemente per essere vicino a molte opzioni. Siamo a 4 5 miglia dal centro di Bellingham, 1 miglio dal lago Whatcom e dal lago Toad e vicino al Mt Baker Hwy per l'accesso alle attività di montagna. Inoltre ci sono parchi e sentieri nelle vicinanze per passeggiate, escursioni e mountain bike. Siamo molto fortunati ad avere 5 acri così vicini in città. È la nostra piccola oasi nel mezzo del quartiere.

Great location!

Cozy place with excellent hosts who provided everything and more. I really appreciated the local coffee beans and coffee grinder! They went above and beyond with the delicious local hard cider! Close to the water, great neighborhood, I definitely recommend this place.

Great family hideout while visiting

Loved this location for my wife, 2 sons and I. It was much more relaxing than a hotel and everyone had space. Great hosts!

Great spot, great hosts

Very comfortable stay, three beds, nice couches, outdoor fireplace on a great piece of property. Host welcomed us with cider and was attentive but not intrusive. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely weekend getaway!

We all loved our stay, the property was beautiful and quiet, fun to explore. It made a great home base for our Bellingham excursions and everyone enjoyed the complimentary Cider!

Inconvenience

The property is pretty, has all you need for a nice and comfortable stay.Unfortunately the laundry room, bathroom and one of the bedrooms had a strong cigar smell :( and for non-smoke family as mine was very annoying.

Wonderful Stay in Bellingham

Highly recommend! This was one of our favorite vacation rentals by far. The property is beautiful and the rental was great, very comfy beds and sofa area! Alana was so friendly and very helpful in providing info on hiking trails and good restaurants in the area. Her complimentary hard cider was delicious and a wonderful bonus. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Property!

We really enjoyed our time at Bed and Brew and wished we could have stayed longer! Such a peaceful and beautiful property and Alana and Loni truly thought of everything to make our stay great. So many extra touches that we appreciated (coffee, delicious cider, a nice grill to use, washer and dryer, fabulous outdoor area). If ever back in this area, we would choose this again without hesitation!

Easy access comfort

Comfortable bed and furniture, cool artwork, very friendly and responsive hostesses. (This vrbo works well if you have a walker, providing it folds up side to side. Otherwise you won’t have access to the kitchen area or living room seating.)

Comfy getaway for a few days

Our whole stay was great. The house itself was super clean, organized, and easy to find. The land attached was beautiful and great for walks, with or without pets. The hosts were available for questions and check in/out was super easy. We'd definitely stay again sometime!

Very quiet & peaceful. Alana was very attentive to any of our needs. The premises was clean and well equipped. If available, Try her awesome hard cider. We will stay again in our next trip this way.

Wonderful place

What a nice spot for a getaway. Comfy beds, lots of places to curl up with a book, well-stocked kitchen, big table for sitting down to a meal and talking for hours. Pretty walk on the grounds, and dog friendly too. And hosts are friendly and easygoing and welcoming (thanks for the cider!).

Great spot

This is in a very nice area of Bellingham. The hosts were extremely helpful and very nice. The rental is well furnished. Bed was comfortable and the shower was very nice. Kitchen well equipped and it was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, owners very helpful

Cute cozy clean basement apartment. The grounds are very nice for walking, and quite extensive. We had a lot of rain so could not take much advantage of it. Also, we were not in the place very much because we were mostly there to visit family. But as a place to lay our heads each night it was very nice. The location was perfect for us.

Just what we were looking for and more

Very accommodating to our needs. A lovely place to spend a fall weekend with our young Adult children. Carving pumpkins and utilizing the great outdoor space was just what we needed. Then we were offered the most amazing local cider and found a new favorite place to add to our collection of faves in BHam! We will be back!

Serene and beautiful property.

The house was warm and inviting with a gas "wood burning" stove. We were able to enjoy a small group of old friends, even though the kitchen is relatively small, as we gathered together at the beautiful and spacious dining room table. As advertised, there is no stove top or oven, but plenty of electric appliances to make cooking easy. Alana was very welcoming and easy going. We really enjoyed our interactions with her. We loved sitting in the living room enjoying the view of lovely apple trees that were in bloom. The remodeled bathroom is beautiful and the bedrooms were quite comfortable. We would definitely rent this property again.

Wonderful Stay!

Our stay here was incredible. The walkable trails around the property were a nice bonus to explore with my coffee in the mornings. The space is the lower floor, so if some puppy gallumphing and tiny human pitter patters will greatly irritate you, you may want to find another location, but they are very upfront about this. We had minor issues with some of the kitchen appliances, but the renters were very responsive to all issues. Was VERY close to almost everything on the list of things we wanted to see in and around Bellingham. Overall, incredible location!

Loni and I have always loved to travel. What we love most about traveling is being able to experience the life and culture of each area that we visit. When we are not traveling, we love to open our home to family and friends and have hosted several events. This got us thinking that our home is a perfect set up for the traveling adventurer such as ourselves.

Plus we are pet lovers and are always happiest when we can take them with us. We have 3 dachshunds (Rolo, Bella and Beans) and a beautiful cat (Cece). They have lots of personality and entertain us regularly. This is why we have decided to be pet friendly with our rental. As long as your pet is house broken, friendly and adorable they are welcome!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We purchased our property from family and it has been in the family for many years. It has 5 park like acres and there have been many celebrations and good times had on it. Our friends and family have often said we should host a B&B. It finally sunk in and got us thinking...

Our home is conveniently two separate levels. After a beautiful remodel we turned the lower half into a gorgeous and comfortable rental. You may be wondering "Why Bed n Brew?" While we weren't interested in providing breakfast, we don't do anything without our morning coffee so we decided to provide guests with locally roasted coffee and locally blended teas.

Additionally, Bellingham is quickly becoming a beer connoisseur destination. With several breweries up and running and more on the way, it makes this little town a fun location to taste craft beers. We are happy to share our knowledge of the local beer industry and direct people to experiencing the best Bellingham has to offer.
