Beautiful remodeled house designed to provide the best of indoor comfort and outdoor enjoyment! Holds up to 14 guests!
Large windows and sliding doors bring the outside in. Large backyard and courtyard/frontyard with seven different chill out areas to spread out and chill.
Super comfortable sofas, bedding, bath, and plenty of seating in indoor and outdoor areas!
Oversized smart flat screen TVs in 3 rooms, large capacity W/D, tankless water heater, quartz contertops, central AC , enclosed driveway large enough to accommodate up to 4 cars!
This house was remodeled thoughtfully for the traveller, and it is no miss:)
Oh...did I mention the 12ftx24ft above the ground pool surrounded by mature trees???
And the brand new 6-person hot tub by the large deck?
And the grill area with charcoal and starter fluid on the house?
And the beautiful firepit in the backyard?

And warm string of lights all around at night, making it a perfect romantic or family gateway😊

I give this rental a 7. Wasn't aware this house didn't come with a air conditioner.. throughout all the house were only mini splits and with this Austin heat the house was really hot. I houses 14 people to stay and enjoy it and with the heat wasn't a comfortable stay. The house was clean once we arrived, the pool also nice and clean given there's allot of trees in the back.

Thank you for your feedback, I appreciate it. House does have air conditioner, or it wouldn't be on Expedia/VRBO/ Airbnb. Mini splits are a type of air conditioner but more efficient and ductless. They allow each room to be cooled independently and from our earlier experience are a lot less likely to " freeze" when temperatures outside reach 100 as they do in Texas. I unfortunately agree house was a little warm upon your arrival because the keeper had just turned the system on and you all arrived earlier than 4pm. We had turned the system off for several days prior to your arrival since the property was unoccupied. My apologies for that. But the house does provide an efficient cooling and heating system throughout the year.

Bachelorette Weekend!

Here with a group of bachelorettes for the weekend! The place is a great size for a large group, there were 12 of us, and the outdoor space was amazing! The host was very nice and accommodating and was just a message away.

Thanks for staying at the house, highly appreciate your choice! 1.Master # 2 doesnt have a glass for safety issues. Kids can hurt themselves if not monitored closely. Instead shower has half wall built in and no water splashes outside. 2. AC system is brand new but at 100F outside it might have a hard time keeping living room cool if backyard glass sliding doors and front door get opened often Glad you all had a great time in Austin and looking forward to hosting you again!

Family Fun House

This house is perfect for family getaways! The rooms are very accommodating for all ages! The pool and spa were a huge hit with the kiddos while the adults enjoyed the back patio or view from the living room. The house had nice touches with the host being very responsive and helpful. The parking is a tad small, so don’t plan to have multiple large vehicles, but that is to be expected in a populated, urban area. The neighborhood is a tad dated, but this house is very much updated!

We had a super short stay with our two teen daughters for the Rodeo Austin Livestock Show; and this property is by far the closest available to the stockyard, which was a HUGE plus! Super cute and super secure; has a manual sliding gate to close up to two vehicles into the driveway. Check-in was seamless, and the super kind host was willing to let us check in early, although we didn’t get through the check-in line fast enough to take advantage! Communication was extremely prompt. OMG, you will not want to get out of the master bed, it is so comfortable! Every need will be met…soap, dryers, lotion, sunscreen, you name it. They have it all. My two girls stayed up playing the cache of games they found in their bedroom! LOVED it!

Very much Chill Out Heaven!

This place was the perfect stay for myself and my friends stay in Austin. The layout of the place is perfect for a fun time with a group. It sleeps a bunch of people as described and the shared space is great for enjoying time with your company. The pool was exactly what we needed for a 100+ degree heat wave in Austin, it kept us cool and was very clean. The kitchen, dining, entertainment area was the perfect place for us all to hangout before heading into the city for the bars/music. Monica (Nicky) was a great host, very very responsive and had answers to all of our questions and needs. Highly recommend!!

Great House and Experience with Host

Went out to Austin with a small group of friends who always wanted to visit Texas. We had originally booked another house that was canceled by the owner and found this property on very short notice, which I’m sure glad we did! The check in process was great and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. She saw we didn’t have drinks or food when we showed and went out and bought us some! She was very good at communicating and asking us if we needed anything or had questions. The house itself is freshly renovated on the inside and perfect for a small group of 5-8 people with a very relaxing back yard. The location itself is a bit far from center city Austin although splitting ride share fees between the group made it reasonable. Overall, the entire group had a great experience and I don’t think we would’ve picked another property if we had the option.

Only 7 miles from Austin Int Airport, 7 miles to University of Texas at Austin and 7 miles to downtown.
One mile to highways 183 and 290, easy commute to south, north and downtown Austin. Never in traffic due to location!
