Beautiful condo right on the water with expansive views! Very well appointed with all the amenities you could want. Betsy the owner very responsive and kind! You could not ask for a better host!

The condo was absolutely beautiful, and perfect amount of room for four adults! Well stocked with dishwear, towels and beach chairs/snorkel gear, that we used throughout our week. Betsy was a great host, with exceptional instructions to the place. Realizing that electricity is quite expensive on the island, I understand not having A/C, but it does get pretty warm and humid; and would have paid extra for the portable units. Overall, we had a wonderful time here and truly appreciate being able to stay here; so Mahalo!!

Betsy is a wonderful hostess and very responsive. The location was amazing and very close to the downtown area. The complex is quiet and well cared for. The ocean view was wonderful and listening to the waves, just amazing! The condo was well supplied but could really benefit from a small A/C unit for sleeping at night due to the humidity and damp feeling. Overall, I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Spectacular Oceanside condo

Had a lovely stay at this condo. Decor is beautiful and tasteful. Wonderful location. View was spectacular! We can’t wait to return to Kona again-definitely would want to stay here again

Beautiful place with a clear view of the ocean

We loved our stay at this place! It's beautifully decorated and the balcony has a clear view over the ocean, I spent so much time just sitting on the balcony admiring the beauty of the waves and all the colorful fish that comes in with the waves.

This is one of the most gorgeous VRBOs and location we’ve stayed at. Betsy was attentive with anything that came up and was a fantastic host.

Perfect place to reset

Betsy was wonderful to work with. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed. The view did not disappoint and was a perfect place to relax.

The sound of the sea, sea turtles up close and wonderful sunsets

We felt very comfortable in the apartment and were able to spend a great time on Big Island due to the location and amenities.Betsy is a great hostess - friendly, responsive and accommodating.We can 100% recommend the accommodation and would like to thank Betsy very much for welcoming us as guests.

Beautiful condo with breathtaking view

Condo had everything we needed and the view from the large balcony was gorgeous. Condo was very tastefully updated as well. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and also enjoyed having Honl beach so close by (small beach but we sometimes had it to ourselves!). Wonderful location as well. We would definitely stay again.

We had a fabulous stay in Beth's apartment and would definitely return. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the absolute highlights is the location. The ocean views are stunning, and hearing the sound of the waves makes the setting feel very special. The large balcony is fantastic and offers a perfect front-row view of the beautiful sunsets. The entire apartment complex is very well maintained, and everything felt comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. Communication with Beth was excellent; she is very responsive, helpful, and easy to reach whenever needed. One thing to keep in mind is that it can get quite warm in August. For us, however, this did not take away from what was a wonderful stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

Hawaiian Vacation

Condo is as represented. Right over the ocean! Lots of beach/snorkeling items to use also. Great location to explore both north and sound of the island.

The condo was everything and more. Sleeping every night listening to the waves crash on the lava rock was spiritual. The condo was pristine and perfectly located for walks to town or starting adventures. I can’t wait to stay here again! Mahalo <3

This condo is beautiful. The location right on the water is just gorgeous. It has all the amenities you would need and then some. The owner is gracious and responsive. I can’t wait to go back. It was one of my favourite vacations…❤️

Loved the view and location

This condo’s location is one of the best on property. The view and sounds from the balcony lulled us to sleep each night. Plenty of room and met all our needs as a family including beach stuff, kitchen supplies, and pool/cookout area on property. Kona is beautiful and the location was accessible to everything. Great parking situation as well. You do need to be able to climb stairs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Location & Views

The condo was immaculate and perfect for our family. Betsy was very helpful and attentive. Excellent location and amazing views from the lanai. The ocean breezes and the sound of the waves breaking lulled us to sleep every night. We could not have picked a more perfect spot for our trip to Kona. Thank you so much, Betsy!!!

Most beautiful view

This light and airy condo shouts vacation. Charmingly decorated in a beach/ ocean theme, it is just what sun starved state spiders are looking for. The view from the lanai will have you staying ‘home’ more than you’d think. Delightful.

Always Incredible

This is not our first time staying at one of Betsy’s properties. We know we can count on her to provide all the necessary aspects to have a comfortable stay and to make for a memorable vacation. Excellent communication. Amazing location. Gorgeous condo. Easy parking. Phenomenal view. All the essentials for a fantastic trip. Would absolutely stay here again.

Paradise Condo

This is our second stay in Betsy’s condo! The view can’t get any better! We spent a lot of our time on the lanai watching whales, spinner dolphins, and regular dolphins. The condo has all the conveniences of home! Mahalo Betsy

Beautiful

I can’t say enough good things about this property. The view was absolutely gorgeous and the location was great. It’s about a mile from everything you would need. I really enjoyed my morning walks to grab coffee. The neighborhood felt very safe and the parking spot is conveniently right in front of the unit. Betsy was a great host and I would gladly choose this property again!
