Our family of 16 stayed here for a week. It was amazing! Plenty of things to do for kids of all ages, Teenagers and adults! Views were fantastic and penthouse was well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Turquoise was phenomenal! The condo was even bigger and better than pictured, and the view was beautiful. The unit was clean and well-maintained, and all communications with the host were pleasant and extremely helpful. Our one complaint was that the lazy river was out of service during our stay, and we did not (to our knowledge) receive any notice of this before our arrival. We were looking forward to taking advantage of it, but were still able to enjoy the pool instead when we needed a break from the beach.Despite this, I would recommend staying here again and again!

Family beach vacation

The Penthouse worked out perfectly for our family vacation. The open floor plan, huge kitchen, living area and extra large balcony were amazing. And what a view! The pools, lazy river, slide and splash pad were all nice. Easy access to the beach was a definite plus. Having a restaurant and bar by the pool was super convenient. I would highly recommend this property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was absolutely stunning. Pictures do not do it justice! It was very clean. We booked this condo for a girls trip for a group of 20 and had plenty of room for all of us. We were pleasantly surprised with brand new throws for each bed. The property manager was always friendly and prompt for answering any questions that I had. The entire property was well maintained. I would highly recommend this condo or any condo at this property and I look forward to booking a family trip in the near future.

Television trouble

The tv wasn’t working they sent someone out to fix it and it worked for 1 1/2 days it wouldn’t be an issue with the adults but it is for children. Especially since it rained for two days.

Beautiful condo with ample space for our family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and offered ample space for our family of 13 to spread out. The furnishings were worn and all the furniture needed updated. Found lots of things that needed cleaned - one skillet still had pil in it. We couldn't walk barefooted on the carpets or our feet looked like we never bathed. Had issues with the main kitchen sink faucet but it was replaced. TV wasn't working for three days of our stay. But it was eventually fixed.

Condo Disappointment

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this unit for the space and location which was great. The unit is beautiful however it has been HEAVYLY use and abused. The grill did not work due to heavy grease build up. We had meal plans for cooking out but that dd not happen. Garbage disposal in small kitchen sink did not work. Blow dryers in master baths did not work. Microwave in kitchen does not work a temporary one is on the counter. The floors were extremely dirty, and our feet were black on the bottoms within 15 minutes of check in. Couches, rugs, and chairs are quite soiled with stains, crumbs, and sand even after we flipped the cushions. There was eggshells and trash still around the top edges of the kitchen trash cans and trash such as tape on windows and mirrors, deflated balloons, ribbon tied to beds, and trash under bedside tables from previous guest's party. The last day of our stay the hot tube was schedule to be shut down for maintenance. We convinced our tech to leave it up for our last day. Despite all that we did manage to have a great time, but I was disappointed in the condos lack of care. This unit needs to be taken offline for proper maintenance and cleaning. It would have been awesome had everything been in working order and clean.

Host was quick to answer all our questions and was even able to get us in a little early which was greatly appreciated. The location was clean and felt safe. The resort amenities were thoroughly enjoyed. The beach view from the balcony was amazing, bring binoculars for better view of ocean life. The unit was very comfortable for our group of 18 and never felt cramped. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes/appliances. Just a heads up, it doesnt come with beach towels which is pretty inconvenient for a beach rental.

Also the vent over the stove did not work. One of the dishwashers “ran” the whole time we were there and we could not use it. Door bell doesn’t work. Need directions for complicated showers in the two master suites. The unit was nice but needs some TLC. Liked the hot tub and the balcony.

Plenty of room for us all to spread out. The only issues we had were would have been nice to know that the Hot Tub was not in working order and we were informed they are all being removed. My grandson was very disappointed. Neither garbage disposal was working making it hard to dispose of leftovers. Bath towels are extremely rough.
