Welcome to this cozy and peaceful condo bedroom in central Scottsdale, the perfect spot for your ideal relaxation. This room is just a stone's throw away from all of the best local attractions, including the Salt River Fields baseball stadium, Old Town Scottsdale, OdySea Aquarium, butterfly wonderland, skydiving, Talking Stick Casino Resort, and Great Wolf Lodge Water Park, which is conveniently located right across the street.

This private unit offers a nice queen bed and a full-size sofa bed, without a kitchen, accommodating up to four guests. Enjoy complete privacy with no shared spaces. It was designed for comfort at a convenient location, featuring a full bathroom and a spacious patio.

As our guest, you have access to

Loved our stay here!

It was a good sized hotel room that was reasonably priced and exactly what we wanted. It was nice to have a good sized fridge, coffee and microwave. We loved the heated pool and hot tub area. The location was excellent with so much going on around us. It was a very safe area and we were able to walk to several different events and restaurants without having to drive anywhere. We would love to come back again!

Not clean

Leak under sink left us with wet toilet paper. And only one extra roll!! Hair on coffee maker. Hair on floor. Smelled like toxic cleaners. Dark. Light bulb out. Refrigerator dirty and full of food. Drawer full of trash. Did not want to stay here, but didn’t have time to move our things and find a new place with a wedding and rehearsals that kept us away.

Bare Essentials

This place could have so much potential. Pros: Convenient location. Cons: The "amenities" were cheap, plastic or from a dollar store. The air was programed not to go below 70 degrees (IN ARIZONA). The bed was horrible...like sleeping on springs and sagged in the middle. My spouse slept on the couch. Invest in quality amenities, redecorate and turn the air regulator off. This could be a great place!

Perfect getaway location

The room suited our needs, and the location was perfect to keep us busy. Everything was walkable and we would definitely stay again. Also, the room was very clean. Great option!

Electrical issues

Tv kept shutting down randomly (but not powering down). Also the light kept flickering in the bathroom, super annoying but it was a place to crash for a week. Nothing special but the double door locks were what I was most impressed with

Worked out perfect !

All we needed was a place to call home base for our trip to take in the Barrett Jackson event and it was PERFECT. Was within 10 mins. Was clean & quiet. Close to lots of restaurants & shopping for all your needs.

The owner was very easy to work with. The bed was really comfortable. We really like the outside space. Maybe putting a couple plates would be useful. I would come back again.
