Thank you for the review Mark! As this particular unit only sleeps two guests, it does not offer the Murphy bed or pullout couch in the living area. However, we do manage other units on site that offer this if that is what you are looking for!

With shared living spaces there is always some noise transfer, we understand this is not ideal and we do have onsite staff that are happy to address any noise concerns that arise above daily living noises, though we understand you may not have known this service was available to you. We love that you were able to find the unit with ease upon your late arrival and had no issues getting settled in. We love seeing that the 2 bathrooms made your mornings fast and easy to get out and be with the new grand-baby! We are also pleased it was so close and convenient for y'all to get to and from them. The fireplace is a lovely addition to the room and really brings it life giving it that homey feeling. The complex itself was built back in the 1970's we feel adds some character, but we do know also that the HOA is working on some updates as well. We just had all new stairs installed :) We would love to have you back next time you are in town, let us know and we can get you set up in a different unit we have that may suit your fancy a little bit better :) Possibly one with a river view!!

Linda, I am so happy to hear that you enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the unit. I do want to address a few inaccuracies in your review. First and foremost, while we don't have the office on site open 7 days a week at the moment, we do always have staff on site 7 days a week at various times that would've been more than happy to come and show you how the heat works. We did attempt to communicate all of the instructions to you on how to operate the unit via message and over the phone. It's actually quite a simple heating unit, and it just requires the switch on the base to be turned to the on position for it to work. I am sorry to say that google must have led you astray on the information about this heating unit. As it does in fact supply heat throughout and it works quite well for those chilly Bend nights. All of the guests before and since you that have stayed in this unit have not had any issues with the heat. We never want our guests to be uncomfortable during their stay and I'm sorry this hiccup made your stay less than desirable. In the future, remember that we can always send staff to assist, or bring extra blankets if needed. We always want to make sure our guests are happy and content during their visit. I'm so sorry we weren't your cup of tea and I do wish you all the best in your future travelling.

May, we are so glad you enjoyed you time at our place. It really is pretty neat that our condos offer the two full size bathrooms! It's a time saver when you are trying to get ready to get out and explore all the neat things in Bend! The Murphy style beds are pretty awesome and so convenient! So easy to fold up and save some space so you can stretch out and relax! The fireplace is a pretty neat touch as well! We can't wait to have you stay at our place again!
