Welcome! Everything here has been updated with special attention by a professional designer to every detail from the building materials to the furniture! Be only minutes from the gulf beaches for a fraction of the price and take in the city being close to golfing, grocery, attractions, restaurants, parks and so much more! You will love your vacation here with us in this renovated, family friendly 2,400 square foot home.

• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
• Minimum rental age of 25
• For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
• Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
• Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
• We are pet-friendly with a fee per pet per stay that is paid separately once a reservation is confirmed. Please check with us first for the applicable pet fee as it varies depending on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.

Summer weekend getaway

My experience renting this property was very good. The property was clean, had ample sitting for my large family to have meals all in one table, the shared spaces were comfortable and inviting, the pool and out door area was amazing. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Spacious home

The hosts were very easy to work with and accommodating. The home is very nice and in a great location, there are a few repairs that need to be completed that are being worked on.

Wonderful!

Wow! This property was beautiful. We stayed here for a bachelorette party and the host & house were amazing! It was odd when it came with limited things (toilet paper, trash bags, etc.) but we didn't mind. We had so much fun here!! What a great place to stay. There were 13 of us total.

Worn down, smelly & unresponsive

We stayed for approx 3 weeks to help with a family emergency. The carpet smelled like dog & beer. I realize they allow dogs so that wasn’t an issue but it seemed they could’ve cleaned better. The vacuum made the beer smell way worse. They didn’t clean well because there was trash & parts of a baby bottle behind the couch. The washer wouldn’t fill & I sent several requests to have it fixed as we had a defibrillator on my MIL & it had to be washed every 2 days. Their response each time was “the request was sent”. Same responses after I told them several times there was large shards of glass in the front yard by the street & it was dangerous for the kids riding their bikes. Initially they said someone would be there to pick it up but that never happened & their response was the same every time after. They didn’t seem to care about fixing the issues or taking care of the property. The pool guy was there every week but we didn’t use it because the tree foliage kept falling into it.The yard was a mess. Location was good. Never ever again.

Great for a group of girls

There were 9 girlfriends on a trip that stayed here. The house was plenty large, enough rooms and bed for everyone to be comfortable, and perfectly decorated. We loved all of the seating to accommodate a group. The pool wasn’t heated but it was a perfect temperature anyways. We brought our own inflatables to float around in it. The living room was cozy for late night movies. The house was close to attractions on the water. It was a great stay and perfect for what we needed.

Meh. It was OK.

It was just OK. The property was in need of some TLC. There was random trash and cigarette butts scattered around outside. It is in dire need of landscaping. Carpets inside were pretty stained. Upstairs toilet runs. Kitchen sink faucet doesn’t work right. Random homeowner stuff in the garage. It looks like the least kept house on the block. Pretty expensive for what you get (after these rental services take their cut). Enough beds for 12 people tops. Luckily one of us brought an RV and we used that. 16 people in that house would be a joke. Pool is not heated.

Pros Comfortable beds Good shower head in Upstairs bathroom Nice updated master bath Nice amount of lounge tables Nice outside dining table Layout of pool area is nice Living room comfortable Cons One ply toilet paper Terrible coffee maker No dish towels No pool lighting and dirty pool Poor outside lighting No cleaning supplies like a broom or counter spray Tv restrictions in dining room made it unusable Need drying rack Towels for bathrooms very worn down Bugs in laundry area (4 roaches found on the first day) No shelving for baths products in master bath Downstairs and upstairs hallway bathrooms very outdated, missing toilet paper and towel holders Not a great house for people traveling to area via plane. Should have suggestions for what people need to bring.

Never again

Where do I start after arriving at the property? We noticed the front yard was 3 1/2 feet tall with weeds hadn’t been mowed in months. After entering the house we noticed what appeared to be pet stains on the carpet when we were told absolutely no patch after contacting the management they said sorry there’s nothing we can do. There’s no refunds. I can send somebody out to clean the carpets for you if you’d like, which would’ve been great, but the reason that we rented the house as we were having a celebration of life for my brother, who passed away, I was not going to relocate my family for them to come in and clean the carpets again no satisfaction I could leave the house and they could come take care of everything my brother passed away. We were there to grieve not for them to clean the house. I will never rent from these people again feel free to contact me. I’d love the owner to reach out to me so I could tell them how poor the management company was in the way to handle things.

Nice house close to beach

Communications was top notch. Location was good. House itself for the price is ok. Booking process asked for too much. Asking for full names of everyone there and pictures and proof credit card. I get it, but a bit much from other places I've been to.

Water issues

The house was nice and worked well for our large group. When we first got there after paying for early check in the door code would not work. Was able to work with VRBO and they gave us another code. The second day the water heater broke. 7 of the 9 guest had to take cold showers and we were not able to bathe the two 1 year olds. The Bride and Groom who got married at 4 pm that day had to take cold showers. It added a lot of additional stress to an already stressful day. Fortunately they were able to replace water heater sometime after we left for wedding. Not being able to get in touch with someone at VRBO until 9:30 was frustrating. We tried calling host directly but did not receive a call back. The the next morning the city shut off the water for about 30 mins because of a water leak coming into the house. For a house this size I would recommend adding a crib or pack n play and a high chair. We will not stay in a VRBO that does not provide these in the future as it was inconvenient to have to rent.

Perfect house for our trip!

The house was exactly what our large group of ladies needed with plenty of space to spend time together, and spread out to relax when needed. Anyone that’s traveled with 10 girls knows getting ready to go out can be hectic, but there was tons of bathroom/counter/ mirror space too. The host had the pool cleaned following a storm so we were able to enjoy an amazing day outside as well!

Our family had a large group in town for a family birthday party. Location was great! Size of the house was more than adequate for our large group! Would definitely recommend this location for anyone!

A beautiful house in Seminole

The house was very clean and comfortable. it had a prefect layout for our group of 7. It had everything we needed. We had an issue with the internet that was resolved with the help of the office. The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Vacaciones fracasadas

La propiedad está ubicada en un área de mucha tranquilidad donde no puedes estar afuera en el BBQ ni la piscina por q los vecinos te llaman la policía y no puedes disfrutar con la familia , la piscina estaba sucia y las toallas también algunas cosas no estaban en buenas condiciones, de verdad que más nunca volveré a rentar esa propiedad no vale la pena gastar tanto dinero para no poder disfrutar.

This property was not ready to rent out. There were several things that still needed to be completed

The pool was not usable and the water was murky and visibility was less than 6 inches. Lights did not work, plug receptacles did not work and the internet was not working due to the plugs not working. We had to use an extension cord to power the internet and tv.
