Welcome to Blackstones at the Canyons, an AvantStay home!

This new 3 Bed, 3 Bath townhome is a 5-minute walk to the Park City Mountain Cabriolet Ski Lift and a mere 4-minute drive to the beautiful Canyon’s Village with dining and shopping!

Enter through the spacious one-car garage, and you’re greeted with comfortable open storage space and a perfect bench to take off your ski gear after a day on the slopes. Through a back door, you’re met with beautiful views of Park City’s eastern mountains and a hot tub to finish off your day of skiing and adventuring.

Through the entryway and up the foyer steps, you’ll find a well-appointed, cozy living and kitchen space. The living room comes ready to entertain with a flat-screen TV, stunning fireplace, and seating for everyone in your group. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with a Viking stove and all the equipment you’ll need to create a great meal at home. The dining table seats 6 with 4 additional seats at the kitchen bar. Feel like a BBQ? The adjacent kitchen balcony boasts a grill and some outdoor seating with a view. The main living area also includes a convenient full bathroom and additional hall seating.

Up a few more steps to the third floor, you’ll find three well-designed and comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a roomy wardrobe. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two queen beds, a sizable closet, and a private Juliette balcony. Adjacent to these two rooms is another full bathroom.

Finally, the ample-sized master bedroom comes well-appointed with a king-sized bed, a large closet, and a striking fireplace. You’ll also find a flat-screen TV equipped with streaming services. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity and a beautiful custom shower. Finish your evening off on the master’s private Juliette balcony.

AvantStay provides an upscale experience with services that elevate your stay and save time so you can enjoy every moment. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team. Whether it’s fridge stocking or in-home massages, AvantStay offers a variety of upgrades & experiences to enhance your stay.

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This home comes with access to the community pool, hot tub, and small fitness center.
- The communal pool and spa are currently unavailable due to ongoing construction.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.

Parking Details:
There is a one-car garage available for guest use.
There is additional space in the driveway for a small car.
Please do not park in the street, you may be ticketed or towed.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Nice property

This was a very nice property with great amenities. The kitchen is stock with utensils if you plan to do any cooking. It also has Viking appliances which was a nice amenity. It’s close to the lift that takes you to the base of the mountain or take the free shuttle service. We had our skis and food delivered upon arrival reducing the stress of the arrival. The property included a dryer for boots and gloves, again a nice touch. The bedrooms were sufficient in size, one having a bunk bed which is always a hit with the kids, and the bathrooms were clean. The property management company is great, and has really dialed in their process. Great communication.

Ideal Canyons Village Location!

Overall this is an outstanding property and an outstanding property management company.Our party consisted of 6 adults: 3 couples and 1 babyLength of our stay: 1 weekWhat we really liked/appreciated:- 3 bedrooms with 3 FULL bathrooms- Oversized 1 car garage, easy to store ski equipment- long driveway, enabled us to park the 2nd full-size SUV that we had rented at the property- proximity to Cabriolet lift (easy 5 min walk, or use the free Canyon Connect service)- Very clean- comfortable main area seating- interior aesthetically pleasing with on-trend furnishings- All beds were very comfortable (very important to us!)- AvantStay mgmt company immediately responsive to the few questions we had, very easy to communicate with- AvantStay provided helpful information, including BabyQuip link, so we could rent the baby items that we didn't travel with (baby gates and high chair)- backyard spa nice to soak in after ski days, very cleanThings to consider:- Secondary bedrooms are small, difficult to fit baby's Pack'n Play (travel crib)- Overall unit size is smaller than we normally like, however this is noted in the description, so no surprises. It still worked fine for our group. - no desks in the property (a little tough to find an area to work remote)- One of the full bathrooms is downstairs, on the main level, not on the same level as the 3 bedrooms- Spa is small & shallow (fits about 3 ppl)

Amazing property

Property had everything we need for our stay. Location couldn’t be better!!! It’s located walking distance to canyon village lift and near Park City and Deer Valley Resort. Property management team was very friendly. Highly recomendded!
