The open living, dining, and kitchen areas give everyone room to gather after a day outdoors. Share meals around the dining table, relax by the fireplace, watch a movie, or simply enjoy time together while dinner is being prepared.

The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast before heading to the mountain or cook dinner after a full day of adventure. The dining table seats eight, with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

If work calls during your stay, high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected.

REST & RECHARGE

All three bedrooms are upstairs, creating a comfortable retreat at the end of the day.

The primary suite features a king bed and private ensuite bath with a spacious walk-in shower and double vanity.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom sleeps four with a twin-over-twin bunk plus a twin bed with trundle — a flexible setup that works especially well for families, friends, and multigenerational groups.

The second and third bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom upstairs. A convenient half bathroom is located downstairs off the main living area.

Every bedroom has its own TV and blackout curtains. Upstairs air conditioning keeps the bedrooms comfortable during warmer months.

The townhome is most comfortable for up to 8 guests, all with dedicated beds upstairs. For groups of 9 or 10, a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room provides sleeping space for up to two additional guests.

A full-size washer and dryer inside the townhome make longer stays — and keeping up with ski clothes and gear — easy.

SKI DAYS MADE EASY

A short walk to the new Canyons Village Skyway gondola (opens for the 26–27 ski season) means less time getting to the mountain and more time enjoying it.

Store skis and snowboards indoors, warm boots and gloves overnight, and head out ready for another day on the slopes.

When you return, heated tile floors downstairs, a cozy gas fireplace, and your own private six-person hot tub make it easy to warm up and unwind.

Parking is included for two vehicles. One vehicle can park in the private driveway, and a parking placard is provided for the second vehicle to use the community parking area. Park when you arrive and walk to the Skyway gondola without paying for resort parking or moving the car each ski day.

EXPLORE PARK CITY

Park City’s free transit is a short walk away, making it easy to reach Historic Main Street, Deer Valley, Kimball Junction, restaurants, shopping, and seasonal events without driving.

You can also walk to the nearby 7-Eleven for coffee, snacks, drinks, and last-minute essentials—especially convenient when you don’t want to get back in the car.

Hiking and biking trails are also nearby, giving you easy access to the mountains beyond ski season.

SUMMER AT BASECAMP

Park City is every bit as enjoyable in summer as it is in winter. Guests can enjoy Hidden Creek’s seasonal pool, tennis and pickleball courts, nearby hiking and mountain biking trails, Canyons Golf, outdoor concerts, and cool mountain evenings.

Upstairs air conditioning keeps the bedrooms comfortable on warmer days, while the private hot tub is a great place to relax after hiking, biking, golf, or a day exploring Park City.

Summer offers a different pace, but the same opportunity to relax, explore, and spend time together in the mountains.
