March stay in Kissimmee - Softball Tournament

Perfect location if you need to stay in the greater Orlando area! Nice Home in a good neighborhood!

Amazing stay in Orlando!!

The property managers were easy to contact and helped us out with any issue. House was great and everything was ready for us when we got there.

Nice house for large family

We enjoyed our stay at the house while visiting the Disney & Universal parks in Orlando. The house was clean upon arrival and very spacious for our large group. The response of the management team was very timely!

Great Great Great

This was one of the first vacation homes I stayed in years. It was spacious, clean, had all supplies needed. I did not have to buy anything to cook with. I did not have to buy extra towels. Every room was big enough for each person who stayed. Money well spent.

Large House

House is great for large parties. Many rooms and bathrooms. Pool and Spa is nice but charge extra for heating. Very basic starting supplies so you will need to bring or buy more if staying longer then 2 days. Game room in garage is ok. Location is about 20 minutes from Disney.

Decent Stay

Overall great trip, had issues with checking in to the property, the check in information was incorrect, so we sat outside for almost 15 mins waiting to hear back about accessing the property. The property had the thinnest cover on the beds, we had to go Walmart and purchase our own, the extra blankets were thin as well. The outside garbage can was left in the garage and left a odor so we didn’t use the garage game room. The property was very clean.

Great location!

Emily was very responsive to any question and the house had lots of room and looked just like picts. Over all great house! The only thing we did not like is no parking in street when you have several cars and no room in other lot. Also bedding in master on first floor could use a blanket …bedding was very thin and also keeping air at 73 was not great it was hot in house-when we arrived also you get very little or non like paper towels garbage bags and toilet paper or dish soap.. last house we stayed at had lots. I also do not like renting grill next house will have one

Due to the warm weather, we recommend lighter bedding for comfort, and the AC thermostat on the wall can be adjusted. We provide an initial supply of essentials upon arrival, as the home is self-catering, additional items like paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, and dish soap can be easily purchased from nearby stores if needed. We appreciate you staying with us, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again!

Nice House

We have rented homes in the Windsor community for a few years and enjoy their clubhouse and the lazy river. Each house has been similar yet different. This house has the garage outfitted with an air hockey, pool table, and a foosball, which the kids loved. We paid to have the pool heated and had no problems with that. The house had all the basics that were listed. The only thing we were disappointed in were the kitchen pots and pans. For a house that sleeps about 20 people, the pots and pans were only for 2-4 people. There isn't a pot big enough to boil spaghetti. We had to buy some disposable pans and a big pot (which I brought home). We cooked most of our meals because we have family members who are dairy and gluten free and it's easier to eat at home with special dietary needs. Also, there was only one kitchen towel. So come prepared if you plan to use the kitchen.

Overall my experience with my family at this house was GREAT. House accommodated 3 adults, 4 teens, and 3 children. The pool clean and was the largest we have ever had over 7 years of staying in Orlando. Close to shopping. The rooms were large and clean with enough bathrooms for everyone. AC unit was on point, as it was over 100 degrees outside everyday. Kitchen was clean with enough utensils, plates, pots/pans for our needs. No pool towels onhand, but we always bring our own. Pool float/tubes would have been nice to have. I would prefer no carpet in bedrooms, but that's just me. Few minor things that were addressed promptly by Emily. Nice job. Overall our stay was a 10. Hopefully the house will be available next year.
