Thank you so much for such a thoughtful and detailed review! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It means a lot to hear that your group—spanning several generations—was able to enjoy the home and the resort together. Creating a space where everyone can relax, have fun, and still enjoy privacy and comfort is exactly what we hope for our guests. We’re especially glad you noticed the little details like the cleanliness and the fully stocked bathrooms. For large groups, those small things really do make a difference, and we work hard to make sure everything is ready for a smooth and comfortable stay. It’s great to hear that the resort amenities lived up to expectations as well. The lazy river, pool, waterslides, and mini golf really do create that perfect vacation atmosphere for both kids and adults. Thank you again for your kind words about the communication and check-in process. Hosting guests like your group makes what we do truly rewarding. We would be absolutely delighted to welcome you back anytime — your group is welcome back tomorrow or anytime in the future! 😊

Hi I am sorry you didn’t enjoy the home as much as we would have anticipated and we will look into some of the things you mentioned. I am however a little bit concerned as the guest that left the same day you arrived, they said in their review that they enjoyed the home and had a great stay. I also contacted the guest that checked in the same day you left and they said that everything was great! Thanks again however for staying with us and enjoy the rest of the season. Shoufa

We take accuracy seriously and must clarify the record. There was an unforeseen scheduling error with our third-party cleaning provider, which resulted in the home not being ready at check-in. The moment we were notified, we acted immediately to have the property serviced as a priority. All communication from our side was prompt and documented within the platform and via text. We respectfully reject the claim that we were unresponsive. We replied in a timely manner, provided updates as they became available, and remained in contact throughout. Due to the cleaning team traveling from a distance during rush-hour traffic, an exact arrival time could not be guaranteed, but we communicated transparently based on the information we received. As a goodwill gesture — not an admission of fault beyond the initial delay — we issued a 50% refund for the affected night. We believe this was a fair and proportionate resolution. While we regret the inconvenience caused by the cleaning delay, the assertion of unresponsiveness is inaccurate and not supported by the documented communication history. In regards to the photos, just like at hotels, we don’t take a new photo each time we decide to change the bed sheets so yes it may look a bit different. We remain committed to maintaining high standards and addressing issues swiftly should they arise. Shoufa

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for choosing our vacation home. We’re delighted to hear that you had a great stay overall, enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, and appreciated the early check-in and attentive communication from our team. We also appreciate you highlighting details that future guests may find helpful, such as the city’s parking guidelines and your tip on heating the hot tub. Each property has its own features and setup, and we’re glad our team was able to assist with additional items during your stay whenever needed. Your comments regarding certain amenities and household items have been noted, and while many elements of the home align with the current listing and standard setup, we’re always reviewing guest observations to ensure the best possible experience moving forward. Thank you again for the 5-star review and for leaving the pool floats—future guests will certainly enjoy them. We’re glad your visit was enjoyable, and we look forward to hosting you again.

Hi Sheyla, Thanks for staying with us and for your review. We do appreciate both! I raised your concerns with the cleaning crew and they provided dated photos to show that there were adequate towels (1 per bed-guest). In regards to the toilet rolls not being full they said they placed new ones, except the roll size may be small. There were some spare used rolls in the cabinets I was told. And thanks for mentioning that it is a self-catering home. Thanks again! Shoufa

Thank you so much, we truly appreciate your review and happy to know you all enjoyed the stay! This is what he said In English :- A beautiful, spacious, and fully equipped house in a lovely park. Contact with the owner was very pleasant, and it more than met our expectations.
