Great place to stay! Home had lots of amenities, host was communicative and location great. It’s within walking distance from Publix shopping center, great seafood restaurant too. Liked that there was the dock/lift to use for our 27’ boat, board games, kitchen had everything you could think of expect French press. Would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time, saw a manatee and her baby one morning at the boat dock. Great location close to a public beach.

This house was everything and more! The location was perfect and the pool was an added touch. Everything that you could think of, the house had. There was not one imperfection. I would stay here again for sure! Watching the manatee's in the morning while sipping coffee, or taking an evening swim after a long day, was the best way to start or end the day. You will not be disappointed staying here! The host was very responsive and quick in answering any questions!

My family and I (4 adults and 2 children) stayed at My Happy Place for a week. We all had a wonderful time. The home had everything we needed. It was close to several beaches and lots of restaurants and of course Ron Jon surf shop which we visited a few times. Also spent a day at Kennedy Space Center which is about a 30 minute drive. We used the pool everyday. It is a water front property so it’s very relaxing and peaceful by the pool. Home was clean and well organized. We hope to visit again. Highly recommended!

This is a great place to stay in Cocoa Beach! The location is great! It’s roomy and the pool and dock are great places to spend your days while you aren’t exploring! The dock is a great pace for morning coffee! Highly recommend!

Great Stay!

This was the perfect stay with plenty of room for 6 adults. The location is great, close to shops, restaurants and the beach! The pool and screened porch were definitely our favorite spots to hang out. Clean and well supplied with everything we would need!

Beautiful property with a Manatee visit!

The house, location and pool are wonderful. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again! A Manatee and her baby stopped by one day while we were sitting on the dock making the trip extra special.

Pleasant stay

Great pool house . Excellent location , very close to beach and restaurants . Nice kitchen . Plenty of living space indoor and out. Fabulous sunsets from the deck!

Beautiful

We had an amazing stay and beautiful weather. The house is conveniently located near downtown while still having plenty of privacy. We saw dolphins and turtles from the dock in the mornings and lots of different birds. We will be back!

Spacious and clean home!

This place was absolutely amazing and had everything that we needed. Customer service was quick and amazing, when needed! Kitchen is well equipped, beds were comfortable, and the table on the dock was the perfect place to sit with my morning coffee. We will definirely return to this adorable home in one of our favorite vacation spots!
