My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Susan’s spacious, comfortable home super close to the beach. We were welcomed with a tray of snacks, fruit, sparkling water, and flowers. There’s ample spaces to relax and hang out within the house, and great restaurants/groceries close by (walking or short driving distance). Susan was also very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We’re eager to come back again & highly recommend it!

Beautiful home with great location close to the beach and Seal Beach main street full of shopping and restaurants. Susan was a great host who was quick to reply and thoughtful with a welcome tray full of snacks and a vase of flowers. She sent over needed supplies for the house and even included treats for our dogs. I would highly recommend this house and hope to visit again.

ANOTHER AMAZING stay!! We truly appreciate Susan and her team. After our first stay... maybe three weeks later we were lucky to book again for a few days. So this summer, we booked twice!! The house has everything we needed for our stay, we merely packed a bag and our puppy. This beach house makes you feel welcomed and comfortable right when you walk in. Thoughtfully decorated, stocked with supplies we needed for our sleeping, showers, beach time... everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Communication with our host was amazing and helpful. Can't wait for next summer to book for a longer stay.

Our trip was a last minute booking and the Seal Beach God's were smiling down on us when we found this dream rental. The property is a dream, enough space for a family, safe and cozy. EVERYTHING is provided- from linens to beach toys to beautiful balconies to relax on. THIS is the spot. We loved our time, appreciated being able to work with Susan, who made check in, check out and any questions we had... super easy. The home is welcoming and cozy, has everything you need for a lovely, peaceful vacation. We plan to book next summer and perhaps again sooner. Thank you Susan!!

Great beach getaway for our family!

We had a great time once again staying here. Love that the bedrooms are on a different floor. Susan is very responsive to any questions you have before and while you are there.

Beautiful Seal Beach Home

This is a lovely home; it's like staying at a family member's or friend's house in that it doesn't feel like "a rental". And a top feature for me was an attached garage so didn't have to worry about street parking (or moving our car certain days/hours for street cleaning as is common in Seal Beach). We'll definitely stay again.

Dennis and family are great guests! Easy and clear communications throughout stay and all house rules followed. So glad all were comfortable and enjoyed the location and convenient on-site parking. Would recommend to other hosts and welcome a return stay!
