- Parking: Two cars may park on the driveway. Additional street parking is available.
- Utility Allowance: Kindly be aware that a monthly allowance of $400 covers gas and electricity expenses. Any usage surpassing this limit will be deducted from the deposit.
- A refundable security deposit of $2,500 is required upon reservation. This amount will be charged separately and will be refunded in full after your stay, provided there are no damages to the property during your occupancy.
- Renters staying for more than 4 weeks are required to schedule mid-stay cleanings at an additional cost.
