Recentemente ristrutturato dalla testa ai piedi. Contatori di granito ed elettrodomestici inossidabile in cucina. Bellissimi pavimenti in rovere in tutto il cottage. I bagni dispongono di contatori di quarzo e nuovi sanitari. Letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale. Dormeuse Balinase nel soggiorno e un divano letto. Great Place/Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at “Beautiful Views”. Location was close to everything- shops, restaurants, the pier and trolley. The place was fully equipped to cook and eat in or to have happy hour out on the large deck. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it to anyone visiting San Clemente!

Perfect Location!

Centrally located between LA and San Diego , Great Nightlife - short walk to bars and restaurants! Very pleased with owner’s hospitality! Will definitely be staying here again.

Incredible Cottage

Rikki was an amazing host! Everything was perfect! The deck had comfy furniture and there was even a BBQ (even though I didn't use it, just to know it was there was awesome). Loved the beachy decor in the cottage...so good. And... walking to the San Clemente beach is less than 10 minutes away!!

Wonderful relaxing week

Property was perfect walkable distance to shops and beach. Sheets and bed and pillows were soft and supportive. Host was super responsive. House and property were very clean. Loved the deck great place to eat dinners do yoga and read I'll be back for sure.

San Clemente visit with family

Everything was great. Location perect. Everything was in walking distance...farmer's market, French bakery :-). we stayed for 8 days with our two Boston Terriers and Riki's Santa Barbara Cottage was a great choice.

Central Location

Great central location that provides easy access to all parts of San Clemente. Dedicated parking spot. Home was clean and neat. There are about 12 stairs to enter the home - not a problem for us but might be for some. I would stay again.

Riki’s place was perfect for a family of four. That balcony is awesome! Three blocks from the beach! We had a great time!

Comfortable getaway

Property was as advertised. Very clean and cozy. Even though it is in a crowded neighborhood it still felt very private. The host was very personable, kind, easy to contact and made the check in process very easy and stress free

Great location for a comfortable beach stay

Location is convenient for walking either to the beach or to the downtown restaurants. Cottage is comfortable with lots of room for 2 people. WiFi is great, very fast. Outdoor deck is very roomy and airy with plenty of seating. This was my second stay here so I definitely recommend. Riki is a great host as well.

Fun Beach Vacay

Perfect location to shops and the beach. The cottage was clean and comfortable and the balcony was enjoyable. Riki was very nice and welcoming and helped set the tone for our beach getaway. We look forward to staying here again!

Relaxing stay!

We have been to this property several times and always return. Perfect location, close to everything. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Riki the host is the best at what she does. We never have a problem. Will be back again soon.

Great San Clemente Stay

The location of "The Cottage" is great for a getaway in San Clemente. Walk to the beach or the quaint downtown area with good eats and great shops. Riki was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed before arrival and during check-in. We would highly recommend the stay.

Pet friendly Great location

Nice cottage. Homes are close together but still feels fairly private. Walk to pier, shops and restaurants. Very enjoyable!
