This home was very clean and well maintained. Within a mile or so from all types of stores. The owner was great and always available. I even loved that in the yard was a big tree that offered shade that brought all kinds of waterfowl for us to enjoy

Home Away from Home

This was our second stay at Jennifer's River Pointe Lakefront home. The amenities are all we needed for a week away, very comfortable for our family of 3 (plus 2 regular visitors). The local is central to the Bradenton/Sarasota and beaches. We enjoyed time in the pool and walks around the neighborhood as well. Jennifer is a wonderful hostess.

The home was very cleaned and spacious. Stocked with amenities. Very cozy and felt like home. Beds were comfortable with plenty of linen. The host Jennifer was amazing! She let us check in early which was a very nice gesture. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone!

Great house

We had a really great overall stay at this property. Was really impressed by the responsive and helpful property manager. The house was very well stocked (better than other rental homes) and the outdoor area is exceptional with beautiful birds and views overlooking the pond. We went for walks around the lovely neighborhood and felt very safe.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time! The house is very nice and was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the pool and all the birds, and turtles in the backyard pond. Location was perfect. A nice quiet and pretty neighborhood, close to anything we needed. Communication was great! A couple of suggestions would be updated fry pans and a new grill brush and grilling tongs. Thank you!

Perfect!

The place was extremely clean. The pool was nice and warm. We were able to swim even on cool days. Jennifer was in contact to let me know she was available should we need her but not intrusive at all. It's a nice peaceful neighborhood, close to everything and i was able to have groceries delivered. I highly recommend this property and I would definitely stay again.

Good location. Comfortable and clean home.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We’ve been to Bradenton many times and this is one of the best locations - a quiet and well maintained neighbourhood, only 5 minutes from the I75 and 30 minutes from our favourite Holmes Beach. The pool gets plenty of sun but with partial shade from the beautiful tree close by. We also enjoyed watching the wildlife on the pond, both in and above the water. Jennifer is really helpful and communicates well - thank you!

Great location and home

Our family of 4 stayed here and it was the perfect location to our other family who lives in Florida. Centrally located to access anything you would need in the Bradenton, and beach areas. Great view of the pond and the wildlife too from the pool/lanai. Everything in the home was labeled so you weren’t guessing where things are and they provided everything we could possibly need and more. The property owner really has thought of everything.

Fantastic Vacation Home!

We absolutely loved this home - it was immaculate, well equipped, beautifully furnished, and in a great neighborhood. The pool area was so relaxing, and the pond is a real oasis. We loved sitting on the lanai in the mornings and evenings, watching the abundant birdlife. Don't hesitate to book this home - you won't be disappointed! Our reservation had to be changed at the last minute due to Hurricane Ian, and the owner, Jennifer, worked with us to reschedule our trip. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating both before and during our stay. We highly recommend River Pointe!
