Questa casa vittoriana del 1920 è stata amorevolmente rinnovata mantenendo il suo fascino costiero originale. Rilassati sulla veranda o rilassati e grigliati nel cortile tropicale sul retro con grill a gas.
Le 4 camere da letto possono ospitare 8+ ed è adatto ai bambini con spondine, Pack and Play, cancelli per scale e seggiolone. La master suite al piano principale dispone di un letto matrimoniale, un centro di intrattenimento privato, bagno privato con vasca da giardino, bagno con doccia, gabinetto, doppio lavabo e due cabine armadio. La "Keys Room" ha un divano letto estraibile e può ospitare due persone. La preferita "Florida Victorian Room" ha un letto matrimoniale e la tranquilla "Garden Room" ha due letti singoli. Tutto con ampio spazio nell'armadio. Il livello superiore ha un bagno tranquillo con vasca con piedini e doccia. Naturalmente tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono forniti.
Quando è il momento di entrare dal gioco, ti godrai il comfort del soggiorno con i suoi 'arredi di grandi dimensioni e 50' di alta definizione. TV e lettore DVD. Il divano extra lungo si trasforma in un letto singolo. TV via cavo e internet wireless ad alta velocità sono forniti.
Vi è abbondanza di spazio per cenare nella sala da pranzo formale con un tavolo che può ospitare 10. Naturalmente ti innamorerai della grande cucina e delle portefinestre che si aprono sul cortile sul retro. Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno è pronto per te, compresi tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, il bar dell'isola e il tavolo per 6 persone. Fuori dalla cucina è una lavanderia per quei vestiti e asciugamani di sabbia. Fuori dalla sala da pranzo è una stanza in polvere per i tuoi ospiti.
Ci sono sedie a sdraio, asciugamani, ombrellone, refrigeratori e giochi da spiaggia per il tuo uso se dovessi prendere in spiaggia - un DEVE. Inoltre sei a pochi passi da Old Main con negozi, mercatino, ristoranti e bard. E ovviamente sei all'inizio del Riverwalk che offre parchi, ristoranti, mountain bike, museo / acquario, Manatee Players Theatre, tour in barca e segway. Da non perdere lo shopping e la ristorazione al Village Of Arts, anche a pochi passi.

Gregg and Lori are the ultimate hosts. They met and welcomed us there on check in day and made sure that virtually anything we could possibly need for our stay was onsite. The unit was very clean and well kept, and the decor was also well thought out and gave a comfortable homey vibe. They also took the time to do a walkthrough with us to ensure we knew where everything was and how everything worked. We’ve booked many VRBO stays but this is the first time the owners took the time to meet onsite and make sure we were acquainted with all the amenities and we were comfortable. Additionally, this place is well located in a quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and within walking distance (/- 10-15 minutes) to some outstanding restaurants and bars. If you’re going to be in the Bradenton area this is the place to stay. Thanks Gregg and Lori for making our 10 days there worry free.

The house was clean, comfortable, and decorated very nicely. The kitchen was roomy and well equipt. The whole back pool area was great. And a bunch of restaurants, bars, and shops are all within a nice walk. You will not be disappointed.

Gregg and Lori (host) were very accommodating. Full tour of their home on arrival. The home is fully furnished with all essentials (just like being in your own home). The pool/patio area was refreshing with tables chairs, sun umbrellas, lounge chairs and grill. A variety of bikes for all sizes was fabulous for bike rides down to the boardwalk. Also boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs, coolers for the beach were supplied. A great location too. Hospitality was abundant! Thank you for sharing your home.

Wow, in 13 years we have never seen a 3 star review! And only one 4 star. We are so disappointed this guest did not have a wonderful stay as that is always our upmost goal for our guests. We did our very best to address any issues during the guest's stay, within our control, immediately and to their satisfaction. Almost 200 five star reviews will verify this.

Great hosts, location, and pool

Greg and Lori were very accommodating and kind. We enjoyed our stay and loved the place. The pool is a little oasis with beautiful landscaping, which we enjoyed with our teenage kids.

Family and Friends get Away

Beautiful home in a historical neighborhood. Quick drive from Tampa International and close to many beaches including Anna Marie Island. Pool was a definite plus-enjoyed our week there and highly recommend.

I’ve stayed at many vacation rentals. The Lady Riverwalk is exceptional!Gregg and Lori make the experience much more personal than being texted an entry code from a property manager.This house is charming, beautiful, cozy, clean and has everything you could ask for.Perfect for our family reunion. Multiple seating areas allowed for one-on-one conversations as well as group time and meals together.The wrap around porch and pool were a big hit.For multiple generations our tradition has been to take a family photo on the front steps. Lady Riverwalk has those and we got our shot.The Lady Riverwalk was perfect, and we now have a memory that all will remember forever.Everyone agrees that will be back.

Great hosts, Excellent Accommodations, Convenient Location

Our group of four friends thoroghly enjoyed our stay at this property. The hosts made sure to be on premise at time of check-in to acquaint us with the property, and they provide just about everything you need to move in and feel at home. We'd rent again from Lori and Gregg and we thank them for their hospitality!

We grew up in Minnesota and moved to Sunny Florida in 1990. We love boating and spend a lot of time cruising on "A New Hattitude", our 53' Hatteras when our homes are booked. After living on our boat in the FL Keys for 8 years we are very happy to be back in the area full time and are able to recommend/ suggest things to make your stay more fulfilling. Thankfully most of our 4 children and 5 grandchildren are close by so we have good back up for our guests should we be traveling.
Along with this vacation home, we also have a vacation home on Vrbo, "The Palms" across the river in Palmetto. This is a 5bd./4 1/2ba. 3100 sq. ft. home right on the Manatee River with dockage for 2 boats. This home features a living room home theater, family room with French door opening to the river, a fountain, tiki hut and pool. There is also an outdoor kitchen. The magnificent kitchen overlooking the river is well appointed and equipped for large groups. On top of all this is a 2nd floor pool/game room with bar and balcony overlooking the river. So check this out if you need a larger home or would just like to be on the water.

Of course it has the charm and Victorian beauty we have always wanted to own. We really want to give vacationers a great experience with this historical and luxurious property. A taste of Olde Florida you could say with the wrap around front porch, historic paver pool deck and tropical antiques and decor. Plus, you cannot beat this peaceful and quiet area that is still close to The Riverwalk and Old Main St. just 2 blocks away.
If this property is booked try this other property of ours on Vrbo "The Palms" across the river in Palmetto.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The location alone is the best with this property. Everything is really close for the guests to enjoy, restaurants, bars, live music, theater, galleries, shopping, water sports, beach, etc. As it is one of our homes, it has everything your home would have so it is more like going to visit Mom or Grandma than staying in a vacation rental.
