It was all very lovely. With two exceptions:I wondered why a dog’s only place had a large cat scratching pole and also “meow” blankets in buckets in bedrooms?I’m highly allergic to cats and I did not react …but it seemed odd to me. “Beach stickers” ( extremely sharp tiny thorns) were deeply imbedded into the soles of our shoes after using the home’s adjacent beach path. These should be mentioned and warnings given more prominently because they are very difficult to deal with. They could have really hurt our dogs. We had fun with cooking in the excellent kitchen(s)! There was something for everyone to enjoy. We highly recommend this unique experience!

We’re so glad you enjoyed the unique setup and especially put the kitchens to good use! None of our homes accept cats, but we’ll share your feedback about the décor with the owner. The sharp beach grass stickers are naturally occurring in the area, and we work with a third-party landscaping team to help keep them controlled around the property. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are happy your group had such a fun stay overall! – Robbie, Owner, Bloomer Estates Property Management and Vacation Rentals Explore our 90 properties in the Pacific Northwest! 🏖️🌊

House was great for a family with young children. No decorations for kids to get into. Plenty of dishes and silverware and glasses. The stairs are iffy with small children but they do provide a gate. Railing on stairs and upstairs hall could be claimed with a wild child so be mindful of that. We taught our little to sit on his bum when using the stairs and (thankfully) he didn't attempt to climb the railing. Just FYI for those with wild ones. Our only issue was on finding the property which I addressed with them privately. Hopefully they'll mark the driveway soon. Easy access to the beach.

This was one of the nicer beach houses along the Oregon/Washington coast my family has stayed at... clean, comfortable, fairly modern, well equipped. Room for 6 adults and 4 children. More than 6 adults, and someone will be sleeping on a couch. It's a moderate walk to the beach itself from the house (well over 1/4 mile), but the trail is passable. Parking at the house is good, easily accommodates 4 vehicles. Location near the town of Long Beach, WA is within a short driving distance. There is only one bedroom downstairs, so everyone else will need to use a set of stairs to reach their rooms, which is equipped with a chair-lift if needed. While sitting outside around their firepit towards the evening, it was obvious a drone operator was checking us out or checking on the property, as it hovered right over us at a low altitude before moving on to neighboring properties. A walk to the beach for the sunsets is highly recommended.

Great Getaway in Long Beach

We recently chose this property for an extended family vacation near Long Beach, which was ideal since one of our family members uses a wheelchair. The house was spacious and offered numerous amenities, and it was fully ADA compliant. We really enjoyed the openness of the main living area. We had no issues navigating the wheelchair inside. The views were lovely, and the beach access was excellent. However, it's important to remember which trail you take to ensure an easy return. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at a wonderful location!

Memorial weekend

My family loved the house plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. Short walk to beach. The game room and garage games were a huge hit. The house was clean and well stocked on everything you might have forgotten. Deer hung out in the back yard. The fire pit was great for smores. Bonus the neighbors were also extremely friendly. We will definitely stay again.

Our stay was nice at After Dune Delight. The home was nice and close to the beach. No real negatives except possibly the stairs were a little dangerous for elders and kids.
