Welcome to Ocean Village Club P32, your luxuriously furnished oceanfront two-bedroom, two-bath, pet-friendly third floor condo. Ocean Village Club Resort is a gated community giving you access to a clubhouse, two swimming pools, two tennis courts, four shuffleboard courts, a picnic area with grills, and a private beach walkway, all within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and shops, and just a few minutes' drive to the heart of historic St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city. Enjoy the condo balcony overlooking the tropical resort landscaping, perfect for lazy days out of the sun. And with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the condo, you can your post amazing beach photos any time.

Ocean Village Club P32 is a large and airy condo with an open-floor plan, leather furniture, a large HDTV and beach-inspired décor. The kitchen is a chef's delight, with plenty of granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a pass-through to the breakfast bar and dining space and tons of storage space. The adjacent dining area is nicely furnished with an octagonal table seating four. This flows out into the well-appointed living area with sofa and matching loveseat, end tables and lamps, coffee table and large flat screen TV. The nicely furnished balcony has two seating groups, one with coffee table, and overlooks the resort grounds.

The primary bedroom with en suite bath is furnished with a king-size bed, night stands with lamps, double dresser and armoire above which is a flat screen TV, as well as ceiling fan. The large en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass doors, and separate powder room. All towels and linens are provided. The guest bedroom is great for kids and includes two twin beds with nightstand and lamp, ceiling fan and five-drawer chest with flat screen TV. The guest bath has a combination tub/shower, vanity and lavatory with plenty of storage space beneath.

Only one pet is allowed per Ocean Village Club rules. An additional $50 pet registration fee is required and collected by Ocean Village Club. Breeds not allowed: Pit Bull, Chow, Rottweiler, German Shepard, and Dobermans.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay. Location is great. Furniture is comfortable. We would have rebooked for next year but half of the weeks we stayed this year were already booked for next year. Washer & dryer are OLD. More towels would have been nice.

Would Not Recommend

First of all the information provided by the company was not clear. We arrived after hours Friday only to find out the electronic door lock was inoperable and had to wait for a maintenance man who was unable to fix a problem they were already aware of persisting. The instruction were not clear on the pool and beach gate cards which couldn’t be picked up until the next day at an office three miles away. The ladies at the office Saturday were fantastic - very nice and professional. However - not knowing the condo we had wasn’t managed by the office on the property- the last there was extremely rude and not helpful at all. In short- I would not recommend this property and if so chose to stay here I suggest you do your research and make sure you get your pass cards before the office closes.

Nice vacation property

Overall, a very enjoyable stay! Great location, easy check-in and out, and nice furnishings. A few items kept it from being five stars. Kitchen not very well stocked (one wine glass, short on eating utensils). We had to clean all the cups before using. Guest Bath sink leaks - we didn’t report it until now, because we didn’t notice til end of stay. Master bedroom needs shades. Even with the mini blinds, the room was very bright before 7am each day.

ok for short stay

kitchen and bathrooms nicely update are the good points. lack of dishes and silverware if you plan on eating in. continually running exhaust fan in living room was very annoying. living room furniture needs updating.
