Pardon our mess!! We are under construction until May 19th! With the siding and decking being replaced the decks and balconies are not able to be used at this time. Parking is limited, but we are offering parking across the street with a parking pass should you need.

Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront access. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners, and a microwave. Seating for 4 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating.
The living room has seating for up to 6 guests. And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Best for the location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect spot for enjoying downtown Charlevoix. We spent a girls’ weekend in town and easily walked to restaurants, bars, and shops. The cross country and hiking trails were short drives. The condo itself was good for a short weekend. The kitchen is too small for a longer stay with a family cooking and eating. The heat seemed to be programmed to cooler temps than we were used to. We couldn’t override the thermostat settings so we had to wear extra layers while relaxing and visiting in the evening. The place was clean, appropriately stocked, the building was nice and the location was great. I’d stay there again for a short stay where I wanted to access downtown.

Great location

What you see is not quite what you get.

Dated but ok furnishing. Bathroom original, wallpaper pealing. Grout mold around tub, shower head that will nock you over. Location is Great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was perfect. Beautiful view. My only complaint was that I came up for a golf trip where I played 36 holes a day. The sauna and the hot tub were the selling points for why I booked this location - and neither seemed to be working. The hot tub was hot, but the jets didnt work. All good, thank you.
