HI Ruth, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that the unit was not up to par. I will let the owner of that unit know your feelings about the couch and tv. Each unit gets inspected and then inspected again in order to meet our extreme standards. I am thinking what you saw was discoloration from the water.
