It features a private boat dock for you to bring or rent watercraft, this double-decker dock with slide is just a short drive on our private golf cart. The main floor features a vaulted ceilings, a fireplace and a great room. The large fully-stocked kitchen has quartz counter tops, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators, microwave and an ice maker. For dining, we have 2 large picnic-style tables and a large island with additional seating. The large covered deck features another large dining table, adirondack chairs, and a large gas grill for large groups. Bedrooms 1 & 2 reside on the main floor and are king master suites with standing tiled showers and double shower heads. Finally, there is also a large family room with a large screen TV, see through fireplace, seating area with a powder room.

Chasing Wake is situated in Lakeside Estates on 188 acres of scenic mountain land. Lakeside Estates features a gated entrance, communal pool, hot tub, walking trails, private boat ramp, golf cart paths, boat trailer parking, city water, minutes from several full service marinas and restaurants, and a short ride or drive to a golf course.

This part of the lake is considered seasonal water and prior to Memorial Day and after Labor Day, our cove can look more like a river than a lake, there is no guarantee that you'll have access to the dock but the boat launch is available year round.
