We had such a wonderful stay! This house was an absolute gem and was perfect for our family. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing beach vacation. The location was fantastic, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer while still feeling peaceful and cozy.The host was excellent with communication and made everything simple from check-in to check-out. We loved our stay so much that we hope to come back the next time we come to 30A. Highly recommend!

This place is absolutely AMAZING! Location is perfect to everything! Host was awesome and couldn’t communicate any better! The hostess nice enough to give us a late check-out due to the weather as well which was very impressive! Already planning for a longer trip next year!

Location - Location - Location!! The quickest walk across the street to beach access (always easy to get a spot on the beach!) right up the street is a Publix and Seaside center is a short walk or golf cart ride. The house was well stocked and VERY clean!! Great communication with the owner as well. He was very fast and friendly with his response. We enjoyed our stay!!

Such a cute beach cottage from the sunroom to the shiplap walls. Everything we needed was there and so close to Seaside so we didn’t have to get in the car once we arrived! Thank you!

This cozy cottage was perfect our trip! It was beautiful and thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed and more. Plenty of room for 2 adults and our 4 college age daughters. The location was great with easy beach access. I would highly recommend this property and we will stay here again if it is available!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is not far from the beach and restaurants. The owner was very accommodating during our check in/out process which was very helpful!

like staying in a village by the sea

What we loved was having two restaurants next door, the beach access a block away, the Old Seagrove history, the ability to send our kids into Seaside by themselves.

Great vacation home

The cottage was perfect in all regards. It was beautifully decorated, beds were comfortable, and it suited our family of 4 with plenty of room. The location was perfect in that it was one block away from beach access. We hope to return to the area, and if we do, we’ll definitely stay here again.
