Our strategy: Filter for Premier Host and select the best value for money. Result: Another great stay, at a beautiful property, with a very responsive host. Highly recommend this spot if you’re coming to watercolor and looking for a spot for 6 adults and kids. Was a great experience!

Loved this property

Our family of 10 (aged 18 mos to 56) had a great stay at this place. The house and property are beautiful, comfortable and in a great location. Highly recommend.

Beautiful!

The home was gorgeous and clean. They had plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The neighborhood was amazing and we will definitely be back.

Amazing

The property was amazing very kid friendly location was great the amenities were amazing I would book again the only thing we would have is the pool alarm button had an outside as well for when you came in the house it didn’t always go off other than that our stay was perfect

Hate to Leave

Beautiful home and quiet neighborhood. Really nicely maintained . The 3 king bedrooms, all en-suite and the third floor set up worked out perfectly. The home had a variety of common areas where we could meet and some nice spaces to get away. Golf cart was a nice feature as were the passes to Water Color pools and Beach Club. On site management communicated well and when we did have a small issue with the pool heater, responded promptly and thoroughly. Really an excellent experience. At airport now and simply Hate to Leave.

Very comfortable.

Enjoyed the stay. One of the closets was a little small and could not get a baby pack-n-play in it. Had to improvise use the bathroom which worked. First floor a/c struggled a little to keep cool, but stayed relatively pleasant. Second and third floor a/c worked well. Other than that, great place to stay and would recommend.

Perfect for Large Families

While the layout was great and fit our family, the cleanliness of the home was poor when we arrived. We had 6 adults and 3 children 9, 5 and 3. Kitchen floor was sticky and needed to be cleaned around the stove and refrigerator. Master BR shower floor also needed a deep clean. Found miscellaneous food and toys under sofas and chairs as we were looking for a child’s shoes.
