The house is beautiful. The main level kitchen, dining room and den was a great place for all of us to hang out. Very close to the beach. Incredibly stocked with dishes and utensils as well as beach chairs. The walk to the beach is maybe 4 minutes. The pool was a great size and the deck area is very large. The elevator is a big plus for getting luggage to your room or groceries to the kitchen. The 4 bikes were in excellent condition. I also communicated very easily with the host.

This property was so nice and we enjoyed every part of it! This was the first time we had a pool and it was absolutely wonderful and beautiful!! We've already booked for next year and can't wait to go again. Thank you very much for providing such a spectacular property in every way for us to enjoy!

This house is beautiful & very clean! Great for accommodating large groups, all the bedrooms are a very size each with its own bathroom. The pool area is a delight & we enjoyed extensive use of it during our stay. The kitchen was fantastic - we love to cook & there wasn’t anything we couldn’t find. And I loved the Blackstone grill! Close access to the beach was delightful and we enjoyed our daily walks along the sand.

The home is spectacular, the neighborhood is beautiful, and Carlene is a truly gracious host. While the beach is a pleasant stroll away, we added a golf cart which made access even more convenient and fun. Our family had an amazing time and can’t thank Carlene enough for providing the caliber of vacation home that we all hope for, but seldom find.

Was a fantastic house. Manager was more attentive and responsive than any other I have ever dealt with. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and spacious home!

Wonderful home, and Plenty of amenities. Little bit of a walk to the beach with two one year olds and a 3 year old, but a great family area!

That is why as we mentioned in our description, we just drive down and drop everything off when we do not feel like enjoying the 4 minute walk.

Amazing Seaside Experience!

House was gorgeous with high end appliances and furnishings! Our family loved the pool, and location is only a short 5 min walk to the beautiful beach. Carlene was wonderful to work with and we felt we found the perfect house for our family vacation!

Spring Break with Adults, Teens & PreTeens

House was great and the location was very convenient to things. Loved that everyone could spread out! We have 6 adults and 6 kids. The host was very attentive and responsive. We’d all stay again!

Perfect floor plan. Immaculate. Beautifully decorated.

Our family loved this home. We had a view of the ocean and the floor plan for a family of 11 could not have been more perfect. We had everything we needed for a vacation at the beach. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. I definitely recommend this property and will book for our next years vacation.

Saltwater 2025

The Saltwater was an amazing property. Check-in was smooth, and the location was great, very close to the beach. A short golf cart ride to restaurants and other venues. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with everything you would need. The pool area and patio were very nice and perfect for our family. Carlene was great to work with.

Absolutely Stunning Beach House

Can not say enough wonderful things about this beach house!!! Every detail was absolutely perfect and just like the pictures. My family had the best week together, especially with the heated pool on the property. And the home was super close to the beach and convenient to all the great restaurants on 30A. Hosts were so helpful and responsive too! We will definitely rent this home again.

What a gem this is! The house was perfect for multiple families, had a beautiful pool and outdoor area and is close to the beach! I could have stayed forever. We can’t wait to return.

Amazing!!!!!

Our family had the best time at this beautiful home! There is not one thing I would have changed. The home was cozy yet huge! The owners thought of everything. The pool area really was a big hit with our toddler grandkids! I hope to return here many times in years to come.

Paradise at the Beach

This is an exceptional property if you are looking for plenty of private room, large open gathering places, a kitchen stocked better than most homes with families who cook as well as a beautiful pool. The owner is the most responsive owner we have ever experienced and the small number of items we communicated about were resolved asap. Book this home with the full confidence of having an exceptional beach vacation.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Three generations of our family enjoyed a week vacation here and really loved it!! My 88 year old in -laws were with us so the elevator was essential!! And it worked well. We also loved the big, bright open kitchen and den area where we could all gather. The pool was also a big hit with plenty of space around it to spread out, lounge and play corn hole (game included). Host was very easy to work with!
