This rental was was fantastic, newly remodeled, very clean, on the water. Fully stocked, had everything we needed as far as cooking utensils made for a very pleasant getaway.

It was nice to have a boat ramp and dock right at the house. The kitchen and large living room made visiting during meal prep easy with a large family we alway had several in the kitchen while visiting.

The house has everything anyone could possibly want or need already available. The setting is beautiful. Having its own boat dock sets this stay a notch above most. I have stayed in many VRBOs in this area with this house now ranking as our best stay yet.

Great place for a big family fishing trip. Enjoyed the dock a lot. The decks were wonderful and the view of the river and the dock was perfect. The hidden pantry (with the 3rd ice maker) for all our snacks and food kept the big well stocked kitchen clear of clutter. The double refrigerator/freezers were awesome. Even tho the dining table was small for a house that sleeps this many people, it made a great “game room” place for kids to get away and play cards and games out of the main living/kitchen space. We knew we needed more dining table/chairs so the host said we could bring folding table and extra chairs. The living room had plenty of casual seating and was spacious enough that even adding a 6ft table and 6 chairs it was still roomy. We never felt like we were bumping into each other in the public spaces or the bedrooms. The 3 bathrooms were small, but much better to have 3 small than 2 large with a big group. Having the boat launch next door was very convenient since we brought a boat. We would happily stay here again! Host Improvements could include:Long dining table in the kitchen/living areas that would seat 8-10 people. A couple small (4 person) outdoor patio tables on the upper decks.

We loved spending the weekend on the white river! Everything was clean, organized and so welcoming. We will absolutely be returning!

Amazing! Relaxing! Beautiful!We had such a great stay here! Our mornings were spent watching the fish and birds at the river. During the evenings we watched the sunsets on the back deck. All rooms are beautifully decorated, and the kitchen has everything we needed to make family meals together. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the White River area, this is the place to be!

Gorgeous Views on The River!

Updated cozy home provided a wonderful stay for our visit to the White River. Very clean house fully stocked with everything you can imagine. Our favorite activity was sitting on the upper deck and enjoying the wonderful views, Thank you for letting us stay in your gorgeous home!

Very well appointed, decorated, and clean home with lots of amenities and fabulous location. It was great having the boat dock immediately next to the boat ramp for easy in and out. Owner fixed a minor issue very quickly and always communicated well! Loved all the patio seating and the outdoor grill and fire table area with an incredible view of the river. We were able to catch fish right off the dock. Dining table inside seats only 4, but there is enough seating at the kitchen island bar to accommodate more. We would stay again. The only thing we wish we had known going into it, the master suite isn’t available (all bathrooms are separate from bedrooms, none en suite). Not a huge deal but we would have paid more to have the privacy of one. Bed and bedroom count is correct in the listing though!

Thank you for your kind review. For clarification purposes, the master suite is not listed in the rental description nor are there any photos of it in the description. The only way anyone would know about it is a locked door to the room. I just want to make sure no one reading the review thinks I’ve misrepresented the property.
