Great location, plenty of room for everyone. Parking is a bit tight for a full size truck with a cap. Kitchen is well stocked with pots pans and utensils for making meals. The only downside that we saw was the cleaning crews attention to detail. We had a great stay!

The Location was perfect; quiet for a townhouse, thankfully. But the furnishings were dingy and in need of update (old torn sofa pillows, worn fabric etc…) And I have never stayed at a place in Surf City so filthy. I would fire the cleaning crew!The owners are super nice though.

This amazing house right on the beach did not disappoint—with its amazing oceanfront views we saw dolphins right from our den! We were on a girls trip—4 of us—and this house was perfect for us! It was comfy, cozy and a great location! The hosts are phenomenal with excellent and prompt communication!! We have already booked for the next two summers!!

It was our second year staying at the property. It is clean, has plenty of room for our family of 5, has beautiful ocean views (close enough that you can hear the waves crashing), and is steps from the beach. The host sends a message to make sure you got in okay, is very responsive, and leaves you to enjoy your stay unless you need anything. We didn’t book soon enough to get a spot next summer, but we’ll be back in 2028!

We had a wonderful time and the host was very easy and pleasant to work with. The house was clean and well equipped. Everything was as advertised. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The only request I would recommend would to put a full length mirror on the back of bedroom doors.

The property was great. Clean and just like the pictures. What a great view of the ocean. The only reason we will not be returning is the stairs, I am 82 and it was hard going up and down.

Great Location

We loved our stay here. It had beautiful views and was only a few steps a way from the sandy beaches. All the amenities were top notch and updated. We are looking forward to staying here again.

This beautiful home was perfect for our family with teens. Great location, great views. We loved going to the ocean each day. Highly recommend this ocean front home!

Great Place! Great vacation!

My family and I had a great vacation here! Very clean place complete with everything you need- including sand buckets, chairs, and boogie boards. Pet friendly, so even our family dog had a great time. The layout is ideal for young adults to have their own space on one level. We had a very relaxing vacation. Will definitely stay here again.

beautiful oceanfront stay!

The house is very clean, beautifully decorated and equipped with more than everything you would need. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location also is great- right on the beach and very close to the center of Surf City, You can also pretty quickly get to both ends of the island.

Excellent Stay

This is the second time we have time stayed here. We love this townhouse. It is beautiful, clean, and has a great ocean view with easy access to the beach. We will definitely be back again.

By far our favorite house we've stayed in the Topsail/Surf City area; location is perfect! Breathtaking views from the top deck sun up to sun down; house was beautiful inside with that beachy feel you always look; Property manager was super friendly and responsive

Topsail stay

Lori and Dave were absolutely wonderful to work with and we loved their space and will definitely be back. The place was modern and comfy cozy. You could fully enjoy the beach just by sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean or walking a few steps to the beach itself.

Semi private beach

Beautiful condo and location. Not crowded at all at the end of May. We felt like we were in our own little hideaway but were close to everything we wanted to do. Lori and David were great!
