We had a wonderful stay in Surf City! The property is located right on the beach with a porch on the back which provides easy access (or a wonderful spot from which you can watch the weather in case of a thunderstorm). There is also so much room to spread out for a larger group.

The beach view was awesome. The nearby pier was pretty, lit up under the moon. A few minutes walk to pier, restaurants, etc. FYI, this is a duplex, we had no problems with the other renters

Excellent stay

Overall excellent location, very clean place aside from few dirty dishes left in the cupboard from prior occupant. Will definitely stay here again with the family and definitely recommend to other guests

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property!! We were so impressed by how large it was - plenty of room for our 3 kids to move around, lots of tables and benches to put our things down, etc. The home was recently remodeled and everything was very modern - clean, hardwood floors, beautiful bathrooms, sturdy furniture. We appreciated the linen service. The location was very convenient to a nearby park and restaurants. The private access to the beach was amazing - the stairs are a little steep, but not too bad. The beach was a little crowded because the location is close to the pier and it was probably spring break as well as Easter weekend, but we still enjoyed it. Check in and out was effortless, and Sharon was very responsive to questions.

Really Sweet Duplex Property w/ beautiful beach access!

Had a lovely time at the beach. The property was clean and decently stocked. The beach access was extremely convenient, and the view was absolutely breathtaking!
