Waterville Valley Condo - Well Appointed With Mountain Views

This cozy and quaint getaway is designed for guests that are interested in a peaceful and quiet trip away!

We want you to feel at home and taken care of when you stay at our condo.

A short 5 minute drive to Mt. Tecumseh or take the Free Shuttle to the ski slopes.

Hiking trails can be accessed directly behind the condo.

2 bedrooms , 2 full bathrooms with a spacious floor plan.

Enjoy your morning coffee relaxing in the all seasons porch and looking at the spectacular Mountain View’s that wrap around the property!

Relax in the family room, enjoy reading, watching t.v. after a day on the slopes.

The master bedroom suite has a king bed with a private full bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and is located adjacent to a full bathroom with tub and shower.

The kitchen has all the amenities. A refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, stove, Keurig coffee maker etc. There is a washer & dryer within the kitchen area. The family room has a 65” flat screen t.v., bar and all seasons porch. A ski locker is provided to securely lock up your ski’s, hiking equipment or other items..

***Remember, this is a condo and not a hotel. We have neighbors so guests must be respectful of them at all times of their stay. An, Acknowledgement of Condo Rules & Regulations along with verification of identity will be asked of each guest prior to stay.

***We thoroughly launder every touchable fabric after each guest. (Shower curtains and liners, towels, all linens, robes, bedding, blankets, throws, sofa pillow covers etc).

***Our commitment is to provide our guests a unique vacation experience in a clean and comfortable setting with a bit of style mixed in. All season guests are welcome. (FYI: Summer guests be aware we do not have a/c. The mountain breeze is quite comfortable using our air circulators though.)

***Maximum guests allowed is 4.

***We do not offer long term rentals.

***Not equipped for young children under 3 (not baby proofed) & No Pets.

***The White Mountains were recently rated as one of the "10 best fall weekend getaways in the US for autumn charm".....Fall Waterville Valley colors will blow you away!

We had a lovely stay at K3 condominium. The unit was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the towels were plush. The kitchen was well supplied. The views are spectacular particularly with the changing fall colors. We greatly enjoyed our visit and will return if we have the opportunity

Our stay at K3 was excellent! Absolutely clean and well appointed. You could see they take very good care of the condo. Beds were super comfortable and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. Thoughtful touches everywhere. Host was super responsive. Highly recommend - we definitely will return next time we’re in Waterville Valley.

Wonderful mountain location and view. Close to xc skiing which we went there for. Lovely, clean condo with well stocked kitchen. Would go back.

Property is very clean and comfortable. Host was very clear on the check in process and gave detailed directions, which was super helpful since we arrived after dark during a torrential rainstorm! Note: follow host directions. Google maps has the address on the wrong street. Once we stopped trying to use Google Maps, we had no trouble finding the unit or getting in. Kitchen is modern and well-equipped for most anything you would want to cook. Bedrooms are roomy with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. Lots of sitting space in the living room and all furniture was very comfortable. Large screen TV in the living room with good selection of free channels/services. Wonderful views of the area mountains from the master bedroom and living room. Back bedroom looks out into woods that go up the mountainside from the unit. Hiking trails are right out the door, and even more are within a 10-minute drive. Whirlpool tub in the master bathroom was essential after a long hike!

This is one of the best condos we've stayed in. Amazing "extras" from the charging chords at the nightstands to lots of extra cozy blankets on the couches. Lots of seating for all (and comfortable!!). This place is so much larger than it looks and very welcoming.

This was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed! A beautiful condo with great amenities in a lovely & convenient location! Shawn went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! All in all it was a wonderful place to stay!

Perfect mountain condo

The condo was beautifully decorated and the location was wonderful. Gorgeous mountain views and the shuttle to the ski area is right out front. It was perfect for a family of 4.
