I highly recommend staying at Rich and Tina's place! The house was spacious, comfortable, immaculately clean and very well stocked. The kitchen had basically everything you could think of and was very easy to use. The house also had several games and books for children which our kids enjoyed. There is a small patio in front where you can sit, have a cup of coffee and enjoy the outside air and the trees around you. The place just generally felt like home for the time we were there - a place where you are happy to start and end your day. We also liked staying in Waterville Valley - a quaint town with a small lake and charming town square, with hikes and waterfalls both in close proximity and a bit further away in the White Mountains. Overall we had a very nice stay and would certainly recommend this place as a home base in the White Mountains!

This property is incredibly well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Bonus - everything is labeled carefully so instructions are clear and easy. We loved being so close to the slopes and near the village for dinners. The living room was comfortable for evenings around the fire and the bedroom set up fit our needs perfectly. The beds are also incredibly comfortable! We appreciated the stay and would definitely rent this place again!

Excellent weekend get away

Wonderful condo. We have stayed here before, and the experience is consistently excellent. Great communication with the owners. The condo is super clean, and everything is in working order.

Wonderful trip in the White mountains!

This is our second time staying here and we can’t wait to come back! The owners think of everything and make you feel so comfortable. Our family of 8 had plenty of room.

Ski Trip

Great stay. The condo was perfect for us. Very well organized and the host was extremely helpful. Would book again.

Beautiful condo and great location. All the amenities needed for comfort and convenience. Much larger than I had imagined.

Our family has always loved the great outdoors of New Hampshire—especially the beauty and adventure of the White Mountains. We grew up in New England and have long appreciated the magic of all four seasons here. Whether we’re skiing, snowboarding, biking, hiking, or swimming, we’re happiest outside together. Living in Massachusetts, we feel incredibly fortunate to be just a short drive from our getaway in Waterville Valley—a true four-season resort community with endless activities and events for all ages.

We fell in love with this part of the White Mountains, but what makes it truly special is the small, close-knit community of Waterville Valley. The condo is the perfect size for one or two families and gives us the chance to share this wonderful place with friends and relatives. It’s our favorite place to slow down, disconnect, and enjoy fresh mountain air and the beauty of nature. The Valley is so family-friendly, and we love joining the local activities and meeting new people who share the same appreciation for the outdoors.

The condo’s layout makes it ideal for gathering together after a day of adventure—there’s plenty of space to enjoy meals and time as a group, while still offering everyone their own room to relax. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to Town Square, the Athletic Club, the Recreation Department, and a network of hiking and cross-country trails. The golf clubhouse and 18 clay tennis courts are only a three-minute drive away, and Snows Mountain is close by for hiking, mountain biking, disc golf, or a refreshing dip in Cascade Falls.
