Located in a boutique 8-story building, this 1,372 sq. ft. residence combines contemporary finishes with thoughtful comfort.

We are a professional vacation rental company managing multiple residences in this building. All units are maintained to the same high standard with modern furnishings, though décor may vary slightly depending on availability.

Absolutely perfect

From the location (easy walking to the beach, shops, etc. - even with kids), to the accommodations (clean, comfortable, and quiet), to the hosts (super friendly and helpful), everything was perfect. Of the ~10 VRBOs I've stayed in throughout the US, this was easily the best experience I've had.

Great time and comfort.

Excellent property. Spacious, clean, updated apartment/condo with a great view in an excellent part of the Miami area. Extremely comfortable beds and very nice updated master room shower. Could use a love seat or another sofa in the main room. Garage parking should be included with the rent in the future.

Beautiful rental in peaceful location

The apartment was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. Plenty of space for my mom, sister and me, but it could also work for 3 couples, friends or a family with older children. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking and eating utensils, a blender, keurig, etc. They also provided supplies such as paper towel and dishwasher detergent and toiletries such as soap, lotion and shampoo. The washer/dryer also came in handy. Shops (including a Publix and CVS) and restaurants in Bay Harbor and Surfside were a short walk away. We also took ubers to South/North Beach and Adventura. Perfect location for a relaxing family vacation where we could focus on spending time together, away from distractions.

Enjoyed - but just a few issues

Superb apartment in a quiet location. Can walk to the beach 15-20 minutes. Management support is on hand to help if you need. Pool is on the small side.
