We visit Topsail every year and this villa was definitely one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. The villa was exceptionally clean and we were especially impressed by how spotless the floors were. The place was beautifully furnished and everything was thoughtfully designed for convenience, including the fully equipped kitchen and elevator. We also really appreciated how comfortable the mattresses were which made our stay even more enjoyable. The villa is just a short walk from the beach and we loved being able to see the ocean from the villa. It was such a wonderful stay and we would absolutely love to return for our next trip to Topsail!

Overall this stay exceeded our expectations.

The home is spacious, clean,well equipped and in a perfect location. Host was quick to respond to all questions and we had everything we needed for a perfect family vacation.

Beautiful and well stocked kitchen where we prepared family dinners each evening. We loved the easy access to the beach and pool and the quiet location. All the sleeping rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing!

Shell Yeah was the perfect rental for our family vacation. Easy walk to the beach, house was well-equipped, plenty of parking. My family had an amazing time.

Great time at North Topsail!

Wonderful home in great location. Near a pier with beautiful beach, great little community with private pool and easy beach access. Would highly recommend. House was nice and clean and had everything we needed.

Family vacation

Upon arrival we were thrilled to see how close we were to the ocean. The fact that we did not have to drive was wonderful. The property was great, and the host and manager were responsive and accommodating.

Fabulous vacation!

Absolutely loved this house! It was very clean, spacious, close to the beach access and fabulous views of the pier and sunsets. It was well equipped with everything you need for a family vacation. The owner was wonderful to work with and clearly takes pride in their ownership. The open floor plan on the top floor and the well equipped garage space/ hang out space made this a perfect place for our family. We will definitely be staying here again!

We've stayed in this beautiful home 3 times now and have always found it lovely. Our only concern this year is that the sofas were new different. They look fine, but they are stuffed with feathers, which one of my adult sons and I are very allergic to. We had to stay off the sofas and take allergy meds the entire week, which was frustrating and irritating. If you're allergic to down/feathers, you may want to reconsider this unit. If that is not a problem for you, the house is lovely and, until this year, one of our favorite places.

Just what we needed…

Very relaxing.Enough space for everyone.We enjoyed cooking. Loved the porch with the hot tub. It was so hot we didn’t use the hot tub but once. And puzzles.

Perfect Vacation Spot

We loved the easy access to the beach and pool. The views from the top floor were stunning! There was plenty of room for everyone. We had several meals at the house and found the kitchen to be well-equipped and the grill worked well. We were traveling with our 2 1/2 year old grandson and he had a great time and we appreciated the safety gate at the top of the stairs. This was one of our favorite VRBO rentals and we will definitely stay here again if we are able to return to the area.

Absolutely Perfect!

This property is amazing! Shared pool is clean and very nice, only a short few steps to the beach. Owners have everything you would ever need including clean linens, cooking utensils, chairs and umbrellas, bar with an extra refrigerator in the garage, large kitchen pantry to stock up for the week, hot tub. We take this trip annually but our usual property was booked. Absolutely no disappointments with this one. The only thing that made me nervous was not having the door code before arrival

“Shell Yeah” You Should Stay Here!

Great Property… well maintained, plenty of space, nicely decorated. Has everything you need in kitchen and for starters. Linen drop off and departure procedure was easy. Though on the 2nd row, you can see the ocean and there’s no street to cross… plenty of parking and access to beach is less than a minute walk. Loved the location, next door to great restaurant. Property manager was quick to help when we accidentally locked the elevator door. Loved having that!! And the jacuzzi was a perk! Will definitely stay here again.

Extended Family Beach trip

This was our 2nd trip to Topsail Island and at the Villas by the Sea. The property was just as described. We used 3 of the 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was the right size for us and we enjoyed the shared space upstairs. The beds were super comfortable. Unfortunately, the property had a strong stale smell of cigarette. We could tell it was not from inside smoking but believe renters have smoked heavily in the garage bar area and the ventilation from the elevator shaft sucked it up into the town home. It was bad enough that 2 of our family had to get medicine to combat their asthma related symptoms. It’s a wonderful property otherwise and for anyone without asthma, it is a definite great spot.

Shell Yeah was fantastic for our two families. It’s a beautiful beach house with a great location, amenities, and view. The open floor concept on the fourth floor was great for our group to hangout and spend time together. Love the fact we found the owners seem to be Pittsburgh fans with the Steelers and Pirates items in the garage. We had everything we needed and were very happy with the location.

This is a gorgeous house, in an excellent location. Each bedroom is good sized. We had a arty of 10, and we had plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked. The garage has a tiki bar, which is so cool. Plus they had beach chairs, toys and a couple of boogie boards. The living area and both master bedrooms face the ocean. Gorgeous view. Right next to the pier, which has a diner, and a fancy restaurant next door in Villa Capriani. The beach was perfect. Always be on the lookout for the rip tides, though. The pool was very nice also.My family and I had a great time. 10/10. Communication was very good. Easy pay, and easy check in. This makes my19th year coming to Topsail. My favorite place.

3 Generation family vacation

Beautiful townhome, tastefully decorated, comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. Great garage area with a bar, fridge and games. Beautiful beach with easy, close access. Property manager was excellent! Plenty of space for our whole family. Very pleased with our first trip to North Topsail Island.

Absolutley beautifiul home and stay.

This house did not disappoint! Absolutely beautiful gourmet kitchen, comfortable mattresses, Private hot tub with amazing ocean views, and the best sunsets are off of the back porches. This place is practically on the beach. They had an awesome garage bar for hanging out after a day at the beach. Very convenient, you can walk next-door to a great restaurant and bar: Splash by the Sea. By far, one of my favorite vacation homes and we will be back!

Simply Perfection.

My stay was above excellent from start to finish. The owners are very helpful and pleasant and the house is immaculate! Every single inch of the place was beyond our expectations. The bedsheets, the kitchen pots, the beautiful decor, the cleanliness, the TV's, the ease of checking in, directions to check out... The attention to detail, The hot tub, the Pool, the elevator... We loved it!!! Thank you for an amazing stay and we will be back.
