Vieni e goditi la nostra bellissima casa con splendide albe sull'oceano e tramonti sonori. È il meglio di entrambi i mondi! Amerai trascorrere le tue giornate in spiaggia e le tue notti a ridere con gli amici in questa famiglia 5 camere da letto, 4 bagni casa sulla spiaggia.

Abbiamo fatto del nostro meglio per arredare la nostra casa con tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno per una facile vacanza in famiglia.
Area del posto auto coperto - Accesso all'ascensore completamente coperto al piano principale. Ampio ripostiglio pieno di giocattoli di sabbia, sedie a sdraio, ombrellone e spazio sufficiente per riporre e bloccare le biciclette.

1 ° piano - Una cucina completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti in famiglia. Tavolo da pranzo per sedersi 8 più 4 sgabelli da bar e un seggiolone. Confortevole zona soggiorno con vista sull'oceano infinito. Camera da letto della regina con una splendida vista del suono. Accesso privato al bagno con box doccia.
Armadio con alcune necessità come lampadine supplementari, batterie rilevatore di fumo, paletta e scopa, WetJet, aspirapolvere in legno duro Shark.

2 ° piano - Oceanfront 2 ° camera da letto matrimoniale con terrazza per sedersi e rilassarsi mentre si gode la vista in privato. Letto king size, TV a schermo piatto con Roku. Bagno privato con vasca e doccia. Pack-n-play nell'armadio.
Camera da letto fronte oceano con due letti singoli e rotelle. Accesso al ponte per godere della vista sull'oceano. TV con Roku. Camera a castello lato suono con due serie di letti a castello per dormire quattro. TV a schermo piatto con Roku e Play Station 2.
Sala da bagno con box doccia. Un sacco di armadi in tutte le camere.

Master Suite al 3 ° piano - Goditi i panorami mozzafiato dal tuo mazzo privato. Letto king size, TV a schermo piatto con Roku, vasca idromassaggio e bagno con box doccia. Macchina da caffè Keurig e mini frigo per goderti la mattina ancora un po 'prima di scendere al piano di sotto!

North Topsail Beach Park a meno di 1 miglio di distanza, dispone di 2 campi da tennis illuminati, campo da basket, campi da beach volley e parco giochi per i più piccoli. Porta la tua corda ed esca per fissare il suono dal dock del parco. North Shore Country Club è a soli 3 chilometri di distanza. Vieni e goditi questo campo da golf a 4 stelle!

Alcuni ottimi ristoranti locali come Costal Wing e Spirits, Shaka Taco, SurfDog Bites e Brews a Surf City. Portare la famiglia a "Ricks" appena oltre il ponte, o semplicemente camminare proprio accanto al Seaview Fishing Pier per pesce fresco o Splash by the Sea situato a Villa Capriani per ottimo cibo e servizio!

One of the best oceanfront vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. Beautifully decorated, well-equipped kitchen, hot tub, pool, multiple oceanfront balconies, and three oceanfront bedrooms. The beach itself is one of the best on the East Coast. The only thing missing was a hair dryer! We had an amazing time and would absolutely come back.

The house was very clean and well decorated. We had 10 people and it was extremely comfortable. The beach view was awesome had 3 days with a gorgeous moon shining on the ocean. The beach was amazing and the weather was perfect!! Will definitely be back!

It was a great location. and everything needed for a relaxing vacation. If you like to walk out your door to the beach then this is the perfect place! The elevator is a must for luggage and groceries :) I would recommend this place 10/10 :)

We came back here for the 2nd year in a row. It's a great location with a community pool and a private hot tube. Beaches are beautiful and not too busy.

Gorgeous location impressive house

It was so nice to have so much space and such a gorgeous location! Location is a quick drive to necessities and an easy drive to restaurants, shops, etc. the ocean view is stellar. We enjoyed the pool just a few steps away.

Great wee

We had 3 generations staying at the house, and it was a perfect fit. Everyone enjoyed the ocean front property because of convenience. The view is stunning. Would definitely stay again.

Nice Location

Great property, right on the beach. Hot tub was a plus! Great place for 9-12 people and good for a 2x family get away (friends/extended family). Clean, kitchen was well stocked! If there are kiddos in your group, the pool (shared with other rentals in the condo group) was a major plus on windy days (high tide).

Beautiful location

We had an amazing stay, the house had literally everything we could have wanted. The beach couldn’t be any closer, and with 3 decks you have your choice of views, and the hot tub is in the perfect spot. There was more than enough room for our group, and sleeping arrangements were simple with so many options. We may make this a yearly trip! Thank you!

Our favorite so far!

We’ve been going to topsail every year for the past decade. We’ve stayed in bigger places but none that were as close to the ocean as this place! The proximity to the ocean can’t be beat. This home was well stocked with everything you need, the only time we left was to go to Food Lion which is a short drive away. We loved your home and hope to be back next year if you’ll have us!

Annual family beach trip 2025

We have been coming north topsail for 15 years. The house was lovely, quick to the beach, wooden walkway could use some care( a few nails/screws poking up). We had lovely neighbors to share the deck. Loved the living space downstairs, we could play games and visit with everyone, cozy without being crowed. Kitchen was well appointed. Donna was quick yo respond to any issues. We never found the paddleboard. Get out early to set up your beach chairs and tent.

Home was not in shape to rent. Advertizing deceptive. Change my trust in VRBO. contacted owner with a very unsatisfing responce. May no vacation in Topsail again. Btween raised nail(cut kids feet) and non functioning toilet and freezer. Not a pleasant stay. Besides the ocean being there this is worst stay at Topsail. Most lokely last

It’s disheartening to receive a review like this, especially since the guest reached out only after checkout. Had we been contacted during the stay, we would have been more than happy to address any concerns right away. For example, the toilet issue was resolved within 15 minutes once we were made aware, and the freezer concern appears to have been related to a door track that was not damaged prior to the guest’s arrival. As for the nails on the deck, this is something we could have immediately sent our maintenance team to fix, and we always recommend wearing shoes or flip-flops outdoors for safety. We take great pride in caring for our home and providing a positive experience, as reflected in 13 years of consistently strong reviews. We hope future guests will feel reassured knowing we are responsive, attentive, and committed to making every stay enjoyable.

Starting Point of Our Summer Shitshow Era

Property was perfectly laid out minus the luxury Penthouse Suite being up top. Us oldies cant handle them stairs. Teens thoroughly enjoyed having the Penthouse Suite with their young bods and knees We all Loved it. All the comforts of home Plus the awesome, accommodating porches for people watching and seeing the action on the pier. The porches are where most of our deepest conversations took place. E-Bikes, Pier Fishing, hot tub'n, swimming in the ocean and Pool, shell hunting, shark teeth searching and so many memories were made that we will all cherish forever. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will be back!

Family Vacation

We had a family vacation with my husband, parents, son, daughter in law and 7 month old grand daughter. This was our first time in Top Sail. The house was great. Well equipped. Perfect distance to walk the path to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Lots of beach chairs and toys. Everything thing was in great working condition. Donna was great in answering questions. I would suggest that the description state it is a connected home. Although our neighbors were great the main deck is only semi private because the home is not a stand alone single family house. (If that was stated - I apologize) Overall a great vacation home.

North Topsail Beach - Villas by the Sea

We enjoyed a great stay at this property in North Topsail Beach. Located in the Villas By The Sea complex, the location is very convenient to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. in either Sneads Ferry or Surf City. Our favorites were Sears Landing (breakfast), Shaka Taco (lunch), Rick's (dinner), Agave Azul (dinner), and Trailer Bar (drinks). Just steps from the ocean, the beach was relatively quiet since the beach access is for homes within the Villas. The hot tub and neighborhood pool were nice to have as alternatives to the beach. The home comfortably slept our group of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids), and we even had an extra bedroom that wasn't used. There's plenty of parking for at least four vehicles, and the elevator makes loading and unloading a breeze. On top of everything, Donna was very responsive and great to work with. Thanks again!

Great spot for an extended family

Property was perfect for us! We were a group of 7 adults, 5 kids (2-9) and everyone had an amazing time. The location is perfect - especially for kids - as you are right on the beach, so can go in and out without packing anything up. And access to the pool was the best way to break up our day. We would spend mornings in the sand and surf, and the afternoons in the pool. It's not in the main Topsail town, but if you plan on cooking for yourself and spending time in the home, it's a great location close enough to a grocery. The home was well stocked with kitchen gear, spices, beach toys, and baby gear (pack n play, high chair). The only thing I wished had been included were beach towels. The management was quick to respond when we had questions/concerns. And we were able to access the property early which is always a plus! Thanks for a great week!

Sun-sational!

Top Sail Island has been a family favorite since we first vacationed there in 2001. We always enjoy our time at the beach but we've never stayed somewhere that was so comfortable that we wanted to stay there another year. This year we found the place that made us say "next time we land in Top Sail let's stay here again!" Oceanfront with lovely ocean views from each deck; wonderful walkway to the beach; small community with a pool; comfortable beds; elevator; hot tub; well stocked kitchen supplies; well stocked everything - books, games, dvd's, multiple tv's with roku, kids toys, high chair, deck furniture, great outdoor shower and beach supply closet. Excellent communication with manager and owners. AND a wonderful restaurant (at Villa Capriani) as well as the pier ice cream shop within walking distance. The week wasn't perfect (it included a trip to an urgent care facility and more stormy weather than we wanted) but having the comforts of home to R&R in made it much easier to remind ourselves that life doesn't have to be perfect to be wonderful.

First time in TopSail Beach

This is a shared location with other half of the house which you will notice with traffic on the steps from the house and when you are sitting on patio area. No problems with noise at all. The listing gave the impression of a pool but it is shared with all of the Villas houses, quite small and not open due to Covid. The hot tub was a godsend with no pool available. House was incredibly stocked with every kitchen item you might want or need, lots of games, videos, etc. Kitchen is pretty cramped when you have two or more working in it but appliances and items needed were great. The local supervisor of the house was very helpful and always answered immediately. The beach is amazing for people with small children with a completely formed sand bar at low tide that provides protection from the waves and shallow place to play. We enjoyed the week even with lots of rain and all attractions closed. Be warned that most shoppers are not masked in stores although the store staff are following guidelines.

Wonderful Vacation!!

We had an amazing week at N Topsail! Any rental has pros and cons. In this case, the pros definitely outweigh the cons! First shout out goes to the property manager - she is incredibly responsive and attentive. We did have a few questions during the week and she always replied immediately. We noticed some lightbulbs out and she had them replaced within 24 hours. She also fixed an issue with the tv right away. We didn’t watch tv much during our stay thanks to the amazing weather and gorgeous beach, but it was nice to have it when we wanted it. Another pro is the layout of the house. It is very spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Plenty of room for my party of 10 and so many amenities. The owners have thoughtfully stocked the place with everything you could need. Next pro is the location. Being able to walk right out the door and onto the beach just can’t be beat, especially when you have young kids who are always needing something back at the house. Now for the cons - which are really only temporary things. The area was hit badly by hurricane Florence and many of the properties are under renovation. Also there is new construction going up on the other side of the driveway. This was a minor disturbance to us and it did feel a little odd, almost like living in a ghost town. It was lovely to not have any potentially annoying neighbors, but it’s hard to say if I would have rented a place if I had known it was a construction site! Still, that’s only temporary, and it ultimately did not take much away from our vacation. We did see some of those bugs another reviewer mentioned. We wondered if perhaps some of the homes under renovation aren’t being treated as aggressively for pests, causing the functional homes to be more susceptible. All in all, it was a great stay! We Chose Villas By the Sea because of it's ocean front beauty, private hot tub and community pool. My kids have met other kids at the pool and had a great time but then we also have our privacy back at the house. We love the restaurants but also love to cook at home when we have friends come down with us. We hope you will enjoy your vacation as much as we do!
