We stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much we decided to stay again this year. If available next year when we come we will definitely book it again.

Great stay 1 week stay with family of 6, host was very responsive and quick to get us checked in. Condo was nice and stocked with all necessities for the week. Elevators were a little hectic all week and a maze getting checked in and out with luggage. But steps are right outside condo and convient to come and go throughout the week since condo is located in 2nd floor.

There was two couples that stayed in this room plenty of space very clean had all the necessities that we needed. We come down for the thunder rally very appreciative that we were able to have parking for a truck and trailer at no additional cost plus garage parking for motorcycles. Loved the fact that beach service come with our room. I’m sure we will be booking again with you next spring.

PRO- The balcony furniture has been upgraded and is very nice. We enjoyed the beach view, dolphin sightings, and sunsets. The beds were comfortable and the condo was quiet. We enjoyed having the beach chairs and umbrella service and there are two great eating venues within walking distance (Steamers and Runaway Island) for fresh seafood.Easily accessible to the beach by going down two flights of stairs to the beach front lobby that had bathrooms. Elevators are also available, but it's such a short climb, we always took the stairs. CON- Strong smell of mildew throughout the condo that only reduced slightly during our 7 day stay. I noted some water damage in the living room ceiling and the laundry room had quite a bit of mildew and staining on the ceiling and water heater connections. Some of the air vents were splattered with either dirt or mildew. The towels and bedroom pillows need a refresh. The sliding doors on the balcony can't be locked, the U lock that is installed is like an inch from where it is supposed to secure into the keeper plate. The condo is just above one of the walkways that goes out to the beach where people rinse off before coming inside. There is constant foot traffic there which some people may not welcome.

We've stayed at Emerald Beach a few times. This unit is the best location! 2nd floor right above beach and pool access. No long elevator wait times. Close enough to elevators but not so close you hear any noise. The king bed in the primary was super comfortable. We slept so well. The room and bathroom were comfortably spacious. They even thought to add individual tvs for each bunk bed! That was definitely a first but shows the thought they put into their unit! Kitchen was nicely equiped for basic needs. I don't do alot of cooking on vacation...as little as possible actually. Communication with the owners was fantastic. I'll definitely book this one again even if I don't need the 2 bedrooms. The view and that bed would be worth it to me!

Perfect place!!

We absolutely loved the unit! So close to so many restaurants and things to do. The unit had everything there to make it feel just like home. Being on the 2nd floor was also a huge plus!

We LOVED the location it was so easy to get to all the amenities the resort had to offer and the beach! We almost never had to wait on an elevator and the view was OUTSTANDING! The condo was spacious and well equipped. What other reviews leave out I’ll tell you here. They have a boogie board, and all kinds of pool floats and toys for you and your family right there so don’t worry about trying to pack all that extra. There’s a stairwell to the left that takes you straight down to the beach and pool. Go right to the stairwell past the elevator and you go up 1 level straight to the ice cream/deli shop, Skybar and walkway to the parking garage. Could not be any more of a convenient & beautiful location for view we will 100% rent this again. Having very comfy lounge beach chairs with an umbrella was soooo nice! I would recommend calling ahead to check in with their chair service to lock in on getting a chance at front row beach chairs or as soon as you arrive to get a chance at a front row.

Great getaway at a great location

We have stayed in this building before, but it was the first time in this particular condo. It is kept very clean with tasteful decor and TONS of space. The location is great, being on the second floor, and we couldn't ask for a better stay!
