Only minutes from downtown Breckenridge, relax and unwind with two large living areas plus room for the whole family to sleep.
Upstairs, you'll find a huge, log-frame king bed in the master bedroom with an attached full bathroom along with a gigantic picture window featuring views of the woods, Red Mountain, and Mt. Argentine. The other two rooms upstairs both contain queen beds with another full bath to share.
A newly renovated basement provides additional sleeping space (two sets of bunk beds) plus a large family room with a gas fireplace, smart TV, wet bar, and ping pong table to keep the entertainment going after a day on the slopes.
The main level includes a newly renovated kitchen, dining area, more living space, another TV, wood burning stove, and an office / sunroom for knocking out a few emails. A sofa bed adds sleeping for a couple of extra bodies as well.
Outside, the large, nearly 1-acre lot includes tons of trees and privacy, along with a firepit for extra warmth on cool summer nights. And nothing beats relaxing under the stars in the hot tub after a day on the slopes!

questa casa vacanze si trova a Breckenridge, in Blue River, e vanta una posizione strategica in montagna. Breckenridge (stazione sciistica) e Keystone Resort (stazione sciistica) sono due tappe fondamentali per gli amanti delle attività. Per un po' di sano shopping, invece, il non plus ultra è Main Street. Viaggi con dei bambini? Che ne dici di fare tappa a Stephen C. West Ice Arena, o di prendere dei biglietti per Breckenridge Recreation Center e andare a vedere un evento sportivo o uno spettacolo. We've lived in Colorado (Monument, to be precise) for nearly 15 years and have spent as much time as possible enjoying the outdoors - hiking, trail running, biking, skiing, snowboarding...the list goes on! Our family of 6 (including 4 daughters!) can't imagine living anywhere else.

After spending so much time in the mountains, we realized having a home so near to Breckenridge was a great way to have another "home base" for our outdoor adventures and to get away from work and responsibilities. Now, we can share that with others and hopefully provide a spot to unwind and enjoy all that the Rocky Mountains have to offer!
Cosa rende unica questa struttura
The incredibly close proximity to Breckenridge is the best feature of this property, combined with the quiet area. We can feel peace and quiet at the house, when we need it, but within 5 minutes, be walking down Main Street in Breckenridge, enjoying all the shopping, eating, and activities that this vibrant community offers. Alternatively, we can walk right out the back door to some incredible hiking trails without ever getting in the car! It really is the best of both worlds. Having the opportunity to remodel the basement also made this house feel more like a home to us.
