Beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath half-duplex with ample parking, outdoor shower, BRAND NEW grill, and quaint upper and lower level decks (new deck boards replaced 2024!), perfect for that morning cup of coffee or to watch the evening sunsets. Just a quick 4 minute walk to the beach access. Open floor-plan upstairs with fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Sliding glass doors off of the living room and bedroom 1 onto the decks. Dining table seats 8-10. Reading nook with wooden rocking chair. Two TVs equipped with Roku for streaming. Books and games for family fun! Electric fireplace to cozy up on a cooler evening. Top deck has pub table with 4 large swivel chairs and two additional chairs for relaxation. Coffee pot and Keurig available for guest use.

Family Beach Vacay - 1st Time Emerald Isle

We had a blast our first time visiting Emerald Isle! Home location was PERFECT. Only wish we had was the grill to be on the upper deck off of the living space. But we got our steps in when grilling, which we did each night! We decided next year to stay another night so we could get 3 full days. Thanks so much to our hosts and they were fantastic.

Family vacation

This property is exactly as the listing described. Amazing close to the water. With the doors open you can hear the waves. Everything was clean and organized. Neighbor was nice and everyone that we ran into while walking was extremely friendly!

Great place just minutes from beach

Nicely renovated property just a few minutes from the beach. Very clean upon our arrival. The hosts were great communicators and very responsive. We also appreciated the well stocked beach supply shed and the outdoor shower with hot water. Our family of 4 would definitely come back!

Family vacay

The place is located so close to the beach making it so convenient when you have little ones. The home was spacious and with lots fun games for the kids. We all had a great time. Can’t way to return !

Perfect beach trip!

Coming back home after years, bringing new friends to meet family and old friends. This was perfect. Great place to gather, close walk to the beach, plenty of room to park and lots of beach equipment available to use. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Beautiful home

We totally enjoyed our stay . Mother Nature did not cooperate for the beach fun during our stay but we enjoyed hanging out inside and having family time. Many things to do in the area if you don’t hang out at the beach.

Great Vacay!

We loved the place. It was extremely clean! Plenty of parking, zero street traffic. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The shed, outdoor shower, tv, and speaker wrre great. Loved hearing the ocean from the deck. There wasnt anyone in the adjoining unit, so it was very quiet. We plan to come back!

September on Emerald Isle

This was the perfect property for a September getaway. Just a short walk to the beach. The house was in excellent condition, very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans for cooking and eating in. The beach chairs were an added bonus. The house still looks newly updated and was very comfortable. We would definitely come back and stay at this place again.

Beautiful cottage.

Quiet, close to the beach. Beautiful place to stay. We had the best vacation we have had in a long time! The only negative thing was the steep stairs- which are normal for the area. All the cottages had them! But for those w/ bad knees or can't do stairs, it is a challenge. But we just so enjoyed our stay. We would love to go again! The beach had so few people there that it was a wonderful family time.

Lovely townhome close to the beach

This property had a large upstairs, open plan living space. It offered an updated decor and well appointed kitchen. It provided separate temperature settings for upstairs/downstairs, which was appreciated. Access to the beach was easy and we loved being able to hear the waves while sitting on the deck. Also greatly appreciated was the use of fragrance free bedding; the typical heavily perfumed at home-share locations can create a lot of discomfort for some of us. Communication with the owner was timely and helpful!

Amazing location, delightful house!

It was even closer to the beach than I expected! The house is a great arrangement and was just the right size for our family and parents. Very nice deck furniture for enjoying popsicles. The large table was amazing for meals, puzzles, and keeping things from the baby. Very generous to provide a key to the well stocked shed. Thanks for sharing the chairs and wagon! And when the coffee maker wasn't working properly, we appreciated a new unit delivered within an hour. I may not have read or knitted on vacation (3 little kids) but at least I was able to enjoy some coffee :)

Disappointed

The property appears very clean online however, once inside it was a different story. There was mold on the shower liners, and it was disgusting. Bathrooms and overall cleanliness of house was really disappointing. They did update the main floor; however, the kitchen was not well stocked (especially for cooking) and deck gave everyone chronic splinters. We won' t be back.

The rental was in a great location it was very close to the beach less than 3 minutes. The pictures online were reflective of the current state of rental. The barbecue could use some updating but other than that it was very nice for a family to rent.

Great place

We enjoyed this vacation rental. Not far from the beach, not crowded. The rental had pretty much everything you needed in the kitchen to cook. The only thing is recommend is having a TV in the bedrooms. Other than this we were pretty much satisfy with the rental!
