The location was perfect for all our activities - San Diego Zoo, aquarium, Safari Park, museums, and beaches. The property was clean and comfortable for three adults. Very walkable area for restaurants. The only recommendation would be to know that the parking area is extremely tight; if renting a car recommend a compact. We came in late at night and it was hard to locate the parking area as it is tucked away and not easily visible at night. Love the balcony view, direct access to beach and sound of the waves.

Fantastic location, clean and comfortable. Showed a few signs of wear but nothing that would cause an issue. Easy to get check in and out and smooth communication. The parking spot is a little tight so might not be the best for a large truck or SUV. I parked two blocks away but didn’t hamper our enjoyment at all. The downstairs is rented separately but that was no problem at all for us.

Aaron was spot on with what he told me about the property (I.e. parking for two small sedans was right on). Great location, beds were very comfortable and good amenities. I would recommend cleaning the living room couch or replace, but all in all great experience and fun location. Thank you

Great location and had everything we needed. Perfect breeze coming off the ocean kept us super comfortable all day and night. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and had a beautiful, unobstructed view of the ocean that was so relaxing to sit on the patio and listen to.

We had a really good time at this rental. Can’t beat the location. Well equipped garage with many beach accessories. Plenty of space within the rental. All the beds were very comfortable. Very nice linens and sheets.

We had a fantastic stay. When we had a hiccup, Aaron was quick to respond. The rental is well stocked, lots of space, great views. We wish their was a set schedule for the washing machine/dryer, but besides that, 5 stars!

Loved my stay! Home had everything you needed for a perfect beach vacation. Home is right on the water so you can watch every sunrise and sunset. Crowds and noise was not an issue. It was a peaceful and restful stay. Highly recommend!
