Property was perfect size for 2 couples and 3 adult children. Located right on the beach. However for the price we expected a cleaner and more up to date unit. Fans and blinds covered in dust. Broken dishwasher. Dining table was peeling up.

Outstanding location on Mission Beach that you can’t beat! The place is kept in good standing, and the hosts are very responsive.It is worth noting that (as flagged in the listing) there is no air conditioning. The hosts added fans to the bedrooms, but it can get a bit hot at night in peak summer. The living room / front of the unit is perfectly fine though, because there is a screened door to the balcony that lets in the ocean breeze.

Really easy process from booking to check out. Unbelievable views!!!! Great home! Very Clean! Great location! Overall fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend. The pictures on the site are not even close to how beautiful it is in person. Will absolutely be booking again!

Great house and location. We stayed here for a 3 day weekend and had a lot of fun. The house was a little smaller than expected but that’s standard mission beach houses. The patio area that can be seen in some the pictures is slightly misleading. There’s no patio. The house does have a deck though.

hosts were awesome and responded within a hour to a small problem with the dishwaswer. The location, amenities, and layout is ideal. We hope to stay in the same unit next time we come to mission beach.

Great place for a family vacation

There are a few small things that are in need of repair but the views are spectacular and my family enjoyed their stay and we would stay here again.

The location was amazing. Right on the boardwalk by volleyball courts, close to Belmont and a lot of activities. The check-in process was simple. Parking was perfect which, for the area is really important. The unit had a nice living space with tv and comfortable sofa and chairs. We loved the big dining table for gathering around- meal, conversation, etc. The unit is bright, open and modern. Upon entering the unit, first impressions were very dirty windows and sliding door. Lots of bird droppings on the window and handprints and smudges on sliding door. The cooking pans under the stove were filthy like they weren’t even washed. The patio furniture was uncomfortable with thin cushions that didn’t fit the lounge. The master bed had a tilt in it making it a bit uncomfortable.

Right on the boardwalk by the volleyball courts and close to Belmont — that location really does put you in the middle of everything, and reliable parking in that area is no small win. We're glad the bright, open living space and that big dining table gave you a great spot to gather, and that check-in was easy. That said, we appreciate you being candid about the cleanliness and comfort issues you ran into on arrival; that's not the first impression we want anyone to have, and we've passed your feedback along to the team so it gets the attention it deserves. We were on vacation from June 22nd to June 29th, at another beach house close by and decide to stay til Monday found your place for the short weekend so we can stay a couple of more days we really enjoyed your place it was beautiful and great location .. Thank you

Awesome elevated view of the beach and ocean. Living space and rooms very comfortable. Parking in carport for two vehicles.I wasn't aware that the entire unit was a second floor unit. It was difficult for her disability. I wasn't aware that there was an occupied unit below, but it didn't present an issue.There were multiple screens missing from various windows. One large sliding screen missing from living room door onto patio.The dining table was gross. There was a build-up of sticky grime along the edges that showed evidence of lack of cleaning. A number of stains were visible on the couch. The living room drapes could use a cleaning. A light blue blanket on the couch had a dirty black mark when the blanket was unfolded.The front windows facing the view of the beach and ocean were very dirty. I understand that the atmosphere at the ocean makes it difficult to maintain the clarity, but these windows hadn't been cleaned in a while. I live along the ocean.To sum up, the cleaning process of the unit needs to be addressed. As to the screens, definitely a new sliding screen in the living room.

We loved the sunset. The views were amazing. Great property. We got there earlier than check in and they let us check in without any issues or extra fees.

The location of this condo can not be beat! The second floor balcony gives the best views of the sunset. You can see the Seaworld fireworks from the side bedroom balconies. It’s perfect for a home-base for families wanting to enjoy the beach and not feel stuck at their rental home while kids take breaks or naps. It was nice to have multiple bathrooms and laundry. The neighborhood was convenient and safe. The only improvements were the balcony couch, master bedroom bed, and some fixable cleanliness things. For the multiple thousands, it should at least have a non-slanted bed and a decent couch for ocean-view lounging early morning coffee and sunset. The windows were also cloudy and the largest one was full of bird poop, so we cleaned what we could daily. The vaccuum needs an upgrade as it barely worked and with all the sand that treks in, it would be beneficial to invest in a working vaccuum for guests to help maintain the property during their stay. All in all, we’ve rented a lot of homes, and we would definitely rent this one again if the management company helped to improve some of the comfort and cleanliness details!

We stayed here during the kids spring break, amazing 2nd story condo with beach front access and views, very specious condo with a 180 degree view. Loved the house due to the beach access. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you
