Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood mere moments from a breathtaking local Greenway, this recently renovated East Nashville abode offers an idyllic retreat for your city escapade. Whether you're a family, couple, solo explorer, or a medium-sized group of friends, this home is tailored to accommodate all, promising a memorable stay. With quick access to downtown, Shelby Park, and East Nashville's 5 Points, the house is ideal for your Nashville adventure.

This historic 3 bedroom/1bath home is centrally located in beautiful East Nashville, our cities ‘hottest’ neighborhood. This home’s location is a stone’s throw from Shelby Park which offers, beautiful greenways, golf, basketball, disc golf, tennis, play parks, river views, and a short drive to 5 points-- East Nashville’s hub of bars, restaurants and coffee shops. The house itself offers a beautifully remodeled kitchen, two dining areas, plenty of outdoor seating, laundry room, and comfortable beds and bedding. In addition to these features, our new tankless water heater will ensure that everyone in your group will get all the hot water they’ll need. Our cleaning protocol is inline with sanitation methods recommended by the CDC.

Our co-host Rachel will be available to help with any questions the guests may have. Her personal phone number will be provided in our guest book for emergency use. Rachel’s office hours are from 9am-6pm. She is available after 6 for emergency’s only.

What a fantastic, well located cozy home! The kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were super comfortable! The location is perfect for taking a walk into Shelby Park and close to East Nash restaurants and downtown Broadway! Will definitely return!

The house was sufficient for what we needed. Wish there was another bathroom but we made it work. We were there for 2 days and would definitely stay there again. Messages were answered immediately and were very helpful.

The property was just as expected. It was clean. Kitchen had everything needed. There were no surprises. Host communication was perfect. Location was convenient for access to downtown, Broadway, and the Titan's stadium. Kroger and Aldi were within a few miles. Our stay was great!

We had an amazing stay. The home was beautiful with plenty of space The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Only wish there was a second bathroom with 5of us, second bathroom would have been perfect. I would recommend and it was also a short drive to downtown. We will be back someday

The shower is amazing! And the bedding so comfortable! Communication with the host was great. The backyard is not currently safe for kiddos but ours are teenagers so they know not to play with splintered wood etc. And just FYI, the bedroom doors don’t lock. But overall, fabulous!

My husband and I stayed for five nights with our dog. The house was very clean, was in a great neighborhood and had everything we needed. We had a small issue with the central air our last night there and the host Rachel was very responsive and came over to the house to check on it. We had a great time in Nashville and at the house and hope we can come back and stay at the house again.

The house was not as pictured. There were alot of areas that needed cleaned. The pillows were very well used. The backyard was not friendly due to the bugs and unkept yard.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your stay didn’t fully meet expectations, and a bit surprised, as we didn’t receive any of these concerns from you during your stay when we could have addressed them right away. We have a dedicated cleaning team that works hard between every guest to keep the home fresh, and maintenance visits weekly to mow and tend the property. Regarding the yard, July in Nashville does bring more insect activity outdoors, which is typical of the season. We choose not to spray pesticides outdoors, as we feel it’s important to protect the health of our guests, pets, and the surrounding environment, so some seasonal insect presence is simply part of staying somewhere with a natural yard. We do have some weeds in the flower beds, but that area isn’t a walking path and isn’t part of the backyard itself. We appreciate you staying with us and will continue working to keep the home in top shape for future guests.

This property is a beautifully renovated home in a charming, quiet neighborhood. It was exceptionally clean and loaded with amenities. The location is perfect with short easy drives to many of the Nashville highlights. Communication with the host was prompt and responsive. We really enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful home, convenient to Shelby park, and sightseeing. Loved it. Hosts were very responsive to all questions. Was a very safe area for my daughter and I walking around the entire neighborhood to enjoy local eateries. Highly recommend.

Lovely house, great area.

This is a beautiful house - a proper home from home - in a lovely quiet area that is mere minutes drive from central Nashville with its own great selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets just round the corner. The owners are quick to respond to any queries. We had a great stay.

My family absolutely loved staying here for Thanksgiving! We were a little concerned about the one bathroom, but it ended up being not an issue. Also the shower pressure was amazing!! The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed. The park is right next to the house. We walked the park everyday! We will stay there again!

Wonderful stay

This property is so clean, well maintained and stocked with everything you could need. Our toddlers loved the kids toys and general upstairs area for playtime. Amazing communication and very easy check-in. Our dog was very happy playing in the fenced backyard. Wonderful stay!

My wife and I took a weekend trip to Nashville to see a concert, visit the Country Music Hall of Fame and explore the city. We chose this property based on the proximity to downtown, and it was perfect. We could get into town in less than 10 minutes, so it was easy to go back and forth if we wanted to. We took our dog and so we came back to check on her at times. Again, the location was perfect for what we wanted. Rachel (owner) was great to work with, we had no issues at all and the payment, check in process was very easy.The property is a very cute home, very clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen is wonderful, all updated appliances it appears. The beds and linens were very clean and comfortable.It has a fenced in area in the back, very private. Our dog could go out and we didn't have to worry about her, very nice.There's also a nice park within walking distance that we took advantage of each morning, very safe with lots of runners and other dog walkers.I would absolutely recommend this property, and would rent it again on a future trip. Thank you Rachel!

Perfect Thanksgiving weekend

My husband and I stayed here for four nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was really well equipped and the location was great. There was a fenced in yard for the fur babies. We would definitely rent this again!
