We like to offer our guests the option to print the pass themselves for convenience, but it is by no means a requirement. Additionally, while we regret that your travel was impacted by Hurricane Lowell, our records show that you only contacted us to inquire about early check-in and late check-out. We were unable to accommodate these requests, as we had guests departing on the day of your arrival, and checking in on the day of your departure, which we communicated with you. Unfortunately, this guest failed to read the unit description before booking, and left this review in retaliation for not receiving a full refund. The unit description clearly states that stairs are necessary to access this unit, and when Vijitha arrived after failing to note this detail she demanded a refund and verbally harassed our employee. Despite claiming to be unable to climb stairs, the guest accessed the unit for a short time, and left bloodstains on several linens. Although we did not offer a full refund, we still extended a generous refund offer as a gesture of goodwill, which was clearly an unsatisfactory outcome. This review is not indicative of the unit's condition, nor our typical guest services experience. Wishing you better luck on your future travels. Aloha
