The ocean view from the balcony was amazing! The house was pretty clean and they had everything we needed for our stay. We could hear the people staying above us a lot, but otherwise had a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable. There were nice breezes throughout the house with windows open, except for the smaller bedroom. They have a floor fan, which we set up in the small bedroom, which worked well. The kitchen was well appointed, there were shampoo and soap in the bathrooms, and having access to the pool was fantastic for the kids. There were plenty of items, including towels, for a day at the beach. We enjoyed coffee and bird watching on the patio every morning (views of the ocean from all rooms!), but make sure to keep the screen door closed so errant chickens don’t wander inside(!).

This was a terrific condo to stay in. It was very clean and well equipped with a tremendous view. Everything about the time here was excellent.

The view of the ocean and the sunset from our unit was lovely. Our unit was very nice, kitchen well stocked, good supply of towels. Not easy to reach host - by text or by phone .

Stunning Cliffside Views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at this Princeville condo was absolutely wonderful! The views were truly stunning - you feel like you could reach out and touch the water, even though the condo sits on the cliffside above the ocean. The balcony was one of our favorite spots to relax, take in the views, and stargaze at night.The condo is right above Turtle Cave, which is a short but somewhat challenging hike down to the water. We loved going down early in the morning to watch the turtles come out of the cave and take their swim in the ocean. It was such a special experience.You can actually see the ocean from the beds, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night was incredible. The roosters provided the most authentic Kauai alarm clock in the morning - something I honestly wish I could wake up to every day!The condo itself was exceptionally clean, spacious, bright, and comfortable. It had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The location was also incredibly convenient for exploring the beautiful North Shore.We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return.

We stayed in condo in August. First off its in the best location, from the surrounding area to the view from the balcony. It is close to all the most amazing beaches we really enjoyed our stay. It has everything you need and was really clean.

First, the location is absolutely magnificent right on the water. And the property where this place was located was so quiet and clean. The welcome basket was a very nice touch. Aside from the beautiful view, we very much appreciated that there were several extra towels and blankets. You don’t find this always in rental. The kitchen was well equipped, everything we needed! We had a great time and would definitely rent this property again.

Great condo and location

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. It was extremely clean and the perfect size for our home base in Kauai. The pool was great and the location on the north side of the island was excellent.

Great layout and location

Great location with close proximity to anything on the North shore. Clean unit, ground floor unit and wonderful sounds of the ocean to lull you to sleep.
