Great place for a Mini Vacation or a Family Retreat on 3 Acres! 3 Bedrooms w/ 6 beds & 3 Full Baths- no need to wait in line! Primary En Suite has a Jetted Tub, Steam Shower & a Dry Sauna. Fully Stocked Kitchen for home cooked meals. BBQ on Large Deck in back to visit on or star gaze in the evenings.
This property is great country property and wifi is available. Property is however equipped with DVD's, or bring your own. Card Room for "Texas Hold'em Tournament". Horseshoes, Volleyball, Badminton, Basketball, & Soccer too. Plenty of things for All family members to do. There's even a pond for Fishing!
Dogs must be pre-approved when booking and subject to non-refundable pet fee. I love our furry friends, however there is not a fence at this property and no cats are allowed.

5 mins toward town to Don's the Country Butcher for hot meals or meats, 10 minutes to Harp's Grocery, 11 minutes to a pet self wash, 12 minutes to a liquor store, 15 minutes to Walmart, or 15 minutes in the other direction to Brady Mountain Resort on Lake Ouachita! Only 20 minutes to downtown Hot Springs Convention Center & Bath Houses, or Oaklawn Race Track & Casino! 25 minutes to Magic Springs Amusement & Water Park!
