I also want to personally thank you for your feedback regarding the cleaning and the master bedroom rug. I take a very hands-on approach with the property and make it a priority to visit the home in between guests whenever possible. I personally check on its condition and assist our team with cleaning and organizing to ensure everything is ready for the next arrival. Regarding the master carpet, we do have it professionally cleaned multiple times throughout the year. However, with a busy booking schedule, it can be challenging to coordinate deep cleaning between every stay. That said, your feedback is well taken. We are already planning an upcoming renovation of the master suite, which will include removing the carpet and extending tile flooring throughout for a cleaner, more durable finish. Randy, I'm sorry you had an issue with the hot water, this is the first I'm hearing about it. I wish you would have contacted me during your stay. The house is equipped with a tankless hot water heater located in the garage. It takes several minutes for the hot water to reach the outlets in the house. Thank you, David
