Your feedback on the beds has been received and new mattresses are currently on order. The car port is very convenient, and the gate is made of steel which provides extra security. We are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with one of the air conditioners and glad it was fixed in a timely matter. We would like to share the pool was recently painted and furniture cushions renewed giving it a fresh look. Our property has two weekly scheduled visits for pool and garden maintenance which occurred during your stay. Also, the home is deep cleaned before every visitor arrives, which was also completed before your stay. Your feedback on the mattresses has been received and new ones are currently on order. Lastly, at no time did our property team receive a request to have the pool cleaned. For us as your host, we are committed to providing exceptional service. We are truly sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the internet service during your visit. This place counts on the highest and best internet service available in the area. (200mgs) We have never had inconveniences, other than a general failure, which was the case during your time with us. Unfortunately, this coincided with a failure in the house, despite we are always on top of all our client's requisitions and willing to attend to them in a timely manner, this was reported on the 29th even when your check-in was on the 24th, regrettably, there is no way for us to address a situation if it is not brought up to our attention; nevertheless, we contacted immediately the internet company and brought a technician over as soon as we were aware of the inconvenience; and we are glad to inform that this isolated issue has been taken care of. We hope this does not change the perspective you have on the service we strive every day to deliver, and hope you give us the opportunity to host you in the future.
