Perfect

The property was absolutely perfect for our multi‑family getaway — plenty of space for all nine of us. It checked every box on everyone’s wish list: close to the beach, close to great restaurants, a beautiful pool, and more than enough beds and bathrooms. We’ll definitely be back.

Perfect spot for our beach getaway. In a nice area away from downtown Clearwater. Just the kind of quiet and relaxing place we were looking for. We'll definitely be back.

It was a bit farther from the beach than advertised And the outside of the property needed some TLC Would I go back there ?Probably not but for the price it is what it is

As advertised, a great location. Well maintained house that can accommodate large groups, and a what feels like a ~5 minute walk to the beach.

We stayed at this home Mothers Day Weekend 2026. The location was amazing, close walk to a ton of stuff. Less than 10 min walk to beach. I suggest renting a golf cart to get around, there are beach stores, restaurants ice cream shops and parks within 5 miles radiolus.

We had 10 people - 4 couples and two children. The set up of the house allowed everyone to have their space and also had a nice kitchen dining room area for gathering. The pool and outdoor seating was awesome! We fully enjoyed it every evening as a group. Everything was very clean and well stocked. We set up Walmart delivery- which came super quick, and we were able to cook most meals at the house.A three minute walk to the beach, and the beach access is so easy! The beach in this area is not overcrowded and we were able to set up two canopies everyday without going more than a few steps from the beach access point.

Property needs more modernization. Out door area messy with weeds going all around the property. The pool inside needs painting which makes it look dirty - it’s not. There is a hot tub/ jacuzzi that has jets that do nothing. Also there is a water garden in back yard that does nothing but is full of dead bugs. Inside home is older but adequate rooms and bedding. Still will rate a 6 out of 10. Just need lots of work for the price we paid.

Since, you checked out the pump was fixed on the back pond, the weeds were taken care of, the pool is being redone in the Fall and the "hot tub/jacuzzi is not a hot tub or jacuzzi. I did check all of our messages and did not see anything about these items. I would have been happy to take care of them. Hope you have you back again soon.

Amazing week!

We did a moms and sons Spring Break this year and picked this great house on 10th Ave! The property was perfect for us - we stashed all the boys (16 and 17 year olds) upstairs on the HUGE master. The location was perfect as well - the boys walked to the beach every day and the moms were able to hang in the pool at the house!

Location is great, golf cart rental is a nice addition. The upstairs separate quarters was great for kids. Pool area is not huge but does the trick. Host was very responsive and provided everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. The house was clean and everything was fully functional.

Happy Times

Pool was warm and clean and house was spotless when we arrived. One burnt out light was fixed promptly. Late checkout request was accommodated. Property fits our needs beautifully. Already booked for next March. We love IRB’s quiet vibe and this particular location, one of 4 we’ve stayed in.

Everything was good from cleanliness of rooms to golf cart. Rooms spacious and great family vibe .The only thing I would mention that can be improved would be the landscaping. Weeds throughout backyard, and front was not maintained. On welcome tv they mentioned there were beach towels to use located in one of the closets. None were there. Besides the little things would recommend to anyone.

Nice, relaxing and attentive

Stay was great, issues were taken care of asap. House had everything we needed and love the quick access to beach and park and quick walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Amazing Location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Comfortable and clean with a functional kitchen. The location couldn't have been better--just a couple minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Indian Rocks Beach is a quiet, low key beach town that we really enjoyed. I am a runner and the running options were excellent. The pool at the house was the crown in the jewel for after a day at the beach.

Great place to stay for the Week!

Owner was helpful and communicative while there. Beds and pillows were very comfortable! Access to TVs in every room if needed. Location is close to everything. Neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Great big home to enjoy!

Great time and perfect location for a nice quiet but very fun stay. We were a block from the beach and had a nice big pool to have fun with. Would recommend and stay here again!

Family of 11 stayed a week and had a blast. The house was closer to the beach than we expected and we were able to walk to plenty of restaurants for lunch. The kids loved the pool. Would love to stay there again
